Well I know you've seen my request for refund as you've deleted another post of mine addressing it.
I want a full refund!!
$12,158.00
That's Twelve Thousand One Hundred Fifty Eight dollars and Zero cents.
I repeat: please do NOT send me any machines. What I ordered as promised was not delivered please provide me with a full refund.
Thank you.
Thank you for the notice. You are already in the refund list. Please, rest assured that there is no need of further posts addressing that. Thank you for addressing and confirming my post.

A 44 MB image. That's not a complete image. From the looks of the files its for the configs. So not a full image dump. If I get my miners today I can make a full image default for use and review. Opieum2, good luck! Let me know how it goes, how to setup and final results would be great thanks! Just to clarify in case there is confusion I am not AMT support. I am just a community member helping out other people who are in the same boat here. I have quite a bit of linux expertise and I do believe in the open source cause hence my sharing knowledge. AMT should at least post up some basic settings up for the customers to get up and running (like the default IP/ SSH and web logins to the machine in the OP). That is a general rule with any product release. Oh and source code or reference to source code if they made customization. That is both the legal thing and customary thing to do with FOSS software. Thank you from at least one member of the community for helping us out :-)

AMT,
Simple question for you, where is my second order?
On the way. My order has been "On the way" since 7/29, that is according to your email below. Can you elaborate rather than being dismissive? On 7/29/2014 1:35 AM, AMT Orders wrote: > Arturo, > > Your other miner shipped already, there's really not much else we can do at this point.... (truncated for brevity) > > Best > AMT It's been nearly a month since you said it had been shipped. Is my order being shipped DHL Ground from China?

I received my 1.2TH model last week. I was advised that once a lawsuit with a part manufacturer is over, that I am able to get a refund. When should I return the hardware? Also how should I return it, and to where?
Thank you

If you received a 1.2TH or under, it's hardly worth the added power consumption. Just a heads up.

Hey All, One of my two miners are up and hashing. Here is what I've observed so far. 1. FANS: These things are LOUD. I have 8 dragon miners in the same space, and the 1 AMT miner is louder, but let me explain this. The fans on this thing are ridiculous. There are 3 large fans mounted on the top, and you can feel the air from across the room. These are VERY effective at moving the heat out of my miner. Certainly does a better job of cooling compared to the dragons. Its as if they stuck a box fan in front of the miner, and directed it through the miner. 2. Speed: This miner hashes as it should. On BTCGuild, I'm seeing about 1.27th. I haven't had a chance to test the miner for a long period of time because I got it today, but I'll update later. Seems to be running fine. I took the miners side door off to see what's inside, and it seems like it is the same setup as the dragon miners, but with 5 modules instead of 4. the controller board that hooks everything together looks nicer than the dragons, and I like how the raspberry pi is mounted on the same side as the psu connector. Front view (3 fans very visable): http://imgur.com/RtyA9xvInside: http://imgur.com/nCAsdHxInside view and control board: http://imgur.com/I3G2cBGControl board: http://imgur.com/t3juMm0RasPi: http://imgur.com/lo7YHR4Seems like all of the modules were pretty cramped so they needed to bend the psu connector a bit. Didn't affect anything, but a little bit troubling: http://imgur.com/rL0QHnZPSU: http://imgur.com/rGFLjU8Back view: http://imgur.com/YDFb7ulAMT- feel free to use the images for whatever you find necessary. Let me know if you have any questions, and I am eagerly awaiting my second miner. And I know that there are going to be "why did you accept a package for a $1,200 miner that cost $6,000," My answer to that is receiving something now is better than nothing. Please don't argue with me as I am simply here to show off the miners and offer the help that I can. Thanks, mdiggy Order #1275

It performing as it should is a good thing Good to know. Seems like some people got better experiences than others. No rust on yours for instance and you got a PSU Agreed. Have you received one? No, no tracking or anything yet. So we shall see. It is apparently being worked on if the email I got is any indication. One was allegedly mislabeled and sent to a client (if he had accepted basically would have had his MPP fulfilled at my expense lol). They said I should have gotten it today, but ultimately DHL would have likely held it at their location. As of this time I still do not have any tracking info so I honestly do not know. It appears to be being worked on but again, I do not know. Mine was supposed to arrive Monday, today and now tomorrow. As I said in a previous post the mislabeling was AMT, the rest at this time is now DHL as AMT has allegedly corrected the issue by routing the mislabeled package to me.

No rust on yours for instance and you got a PSU Just to clarify there was no rust on the machine itself and from what I can tell the build quality appears to be solid. There were four extra pieces of metal in my container that were rusted and had potentially dangerous edges. Likely this was to keep the miner's box weighted and it seems to work as the box suffered only minimal damage to one corner. No harm appears to be done to the miner it self as the foam pieces kept it snug as a bug. I just don't want anyone to open their box and get an accidental surprise cut.

Please don't argue with me as I am simply here to show off the miners and offer the help that I can. Thanks, mdiggy Order #1275 It performing as it should is a good thing Good to know. Seems like some people got better experiences than others. Got it. There were some metal pieces and screws in bube wrap that I assume are used for mounting. I like the rack mount style and the powerful fans.

AMT_Miners Josh told me he would have someone send me a PSU yesterday. I called FedEx and there is no shipment coming to me. Can you look into this and make sure this is expedited as I'm essentially sitting here with a machine that is DOA.

I received my 1.2TH model last week. I was advised that once a lawsuit with a part manufacturer is over, that I am able to get a refund. When should I return the hardware? Also how should I return it, and to where?
Thank you
