Before it is jumped on, needs to be mentioned 'the select few' are those presently involved in litigation. While not a lawyer I'd think shipping to them is not allowed until settled.

Right, thanks for that.

On the other hand, it would be a nice move to ship "something" to the people who are feeling "screwed over" since you were not able to live up to "your word" and ship on time.  You can't blame customers for "lawyer-ing up" when you cannot ship them a product that they paid for... Just saying.  Hope you AMT folks do the right thing to try to make everyone "whole".

What part? A big part I'd think. Far better than nothing at all ala' Hashfast folks. Is that what you would prefer? Now as to can/should it be all, different story entirely.

Once you accept delivery, that's all you're going to get. That's why AMT won't release tracking numbers or even any details whatsoever what is being shipped. Sign for that package and you're "whole" in their eyes.

Entirely up to the individual customer. I for one would prefer at least finally getting what I ordered, evaluate it, and then deciding if to pursue the matter further. Even after accepting the gear there is still a lot of legal ground to stand on either way.

I am glad that you've found an avenue to make your clients whole.

What part of taking $6000 customer funds, waiting 6 months, then delivering them $1000 worth of machines is making a client "whole"?

I shouldn't respond. I tend to agree with your assessment. But they are still delivering what you paid for, very fucking late. It beats the hell out of nothing. There are several ways to make your money back in alts. It's a gamble, but you have a machine to gamble with, whereas if it's all tied up, you're just plain out the money.

Is it right? No. Is it better than the alternatives? Yes.

If you have requested refund you may want to not accept. realize that not accepting will require legal action to get your money back but you have a very good case as long as you have already asked for a refund

How is that Lexical analysis working out bickneleski?

Alright,

Can we gear the conversation in a direction which may actually help us get the 1u/2u's out the door. Please, if you're willing elaborate on  your experience with server PSU's,  like the HP 403781-001 DL380 G5  vs 2x ESP129 HP 550 Watt .  Like lets discuss server psu's, connectors and the best way you guys would solve an attempt at a universal design for a box for A1/A2/BE200:

The below cases have been developed and ran stable in a test environment using standard atx supplies. Now we need to choose the right server psu's or combo psu's.

2U server case which needs 1600W,  12x 6pin pcie is needed.
2U server case which needs 1300W   5/6 x 8pin pcie is needed

1U server case which needs 750w     5/6 x 8pin pcie is needed
1U server case which needs 1300W   5/6 x 8pin pcie is needed
1u server case which needs 1000W   4x 6pin pcie is needed.

General idea is bulk purchasing of 2 to 3 models or a universal connectors for a specific line of supplies like HP or older IBM's. Any ideas are welcome.

I'm going to be pissed if this thing arrives while I'm at the VA. This is why I need a tracking number.

I'm about to call DHL to see if anything is enroute to my house.

Well I'm out of this one. Though I wouldn't sneeze at something in a 1u chassis.

Also, I'd like to steer the conversation back to your previously mentioned hosting, and if it will be used for compensation at all.

Not publicly providing tracking numbers is a good idea that isn't information any company should release, but the excuse of not providing it directly to each client because of "potential trouble makers" seems somewhat bizarre to say the least.
Indeed the UPS tracking number should be sent privately to the client as soon as the package is shipped.  Thre is no excuse for not doing so.

I intended to suggest that they publish only

"order #, model, quantity, date order received, date(s) product(s) shipped/refunded"

for all orders, so that each client can verify not only his status but also how it stands in relation to the other clients.

In normal circumstances a company would not publish such data, but given the persistent (and, I would think, justified) suspicions that this company is being quite unfair in the scheduling of shipments/refunds, publising that information would do more good than harm, IMHO.

Bitcoin-related businesses in general are risky because they are not regulated, and, being private companies rather than public, they are not required to submit to independent audit every quarter.  One way to reduce that risk and increase customer confidence is to be more transparent than a normal corporation would.

After every ones order is delivered, aside from the select few, then yes maybe we'll do that. But in general companies don't need to do that, nor justify itself on this forum/thread. Our clients never came from here, maybe 20-30 of them max. Some of them ended up here but we do not sell on this forum and have no desire to gain clients from this forum. We're targeting larger companies now, just as we did before. End users, or single client consumer sales are a headache, and for our small staff its more logical to focus on a few enterprise clients rather then hundreds of average joe. When you need 100-1000 machines in 7 days or less, come to us, that's about it.

Lets go back to supporting AMT guys, we are turning it around and strategically we're in a very decent position in the moment.

stop pretending to be the victim here! drop a pair and own up to the "cluster fuck" that is AMT miners. take responsibility for all the lies and deceit. for once in your life try to be a decent human being. how do you expect people to forgive you for all of the lies? it's as if you feel you have done nothing wrong. it's absolutely fucking crazy!

how would you react if Best Buy wouldn't deliver the TV you ordered online? What if they told you it would arrive on Monday and it never showed up? What if they then told you the refund was in the mail - but then it too never arrived? how would you feel if this cycle was perpetuated for 8 months? are you capable of empathy? most sociopaths are clinically incapable of this process

I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept stateism so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.

Because their progenitors have enough sense to drop the price in a public way. This is essentially what we ordered, and if they can afford to sell them at that price we should be compensated to a similar amount.
