I produce more then that in 1 minute...
Then you should probably ask for a higher difficulty Wink
I have d=20 so OK it not that many it is "only" 17+ per minute but that is not only 17 in pool statistic but 340...

Whole pool 358 shares in 1:10... Not normal... 7TH should give out much more... That is less then 20GH

I produce more then that in 1 minute...
The duration times shown on the website are actually the times the website got notification of the solved block, not the time the actual block was solved. It can be off by up to 60 seconds depending due to caching in the services that notify the database of shares and blocks found. That block duration was probably more like 10 seconds.

I haven't looked at that specific case, I'm commenting on the 'should have gotten X shares in a block' remark. I'll take a look at the block in question and see if there's anything unusual about it.

I have to come up with some kind of faceroll for a name. I think that as this pool grows, you will have more faceroll names that make no sense to anybody and they will be fairly hard to remember.

I just add a version #, for example--> MixedMiner, MixedMiner2, ect,..

Easy Peasy

I was mining with 6 block erupters at 1 difficulty,  now I have a total of 18 which is like 6 GH/s.   Should keep the difficulty at 1?

Why have payments been "pending" for so long?

This block was solved almost 8 hours ago, there's no way it needs that many confirms...

Code:
2013-09-06 15:09	04:51:01	0.02785993	35,210	pending

EDIT: All pending blocks just confirmed.

This is the primary reason this is a secondary pool for me.  I don't need fancy stats or pages but really hate knowing that my payment is just waiting and has to be manually released well after it is known good.

Technically it's not "known good" until 120 confirmations because that's when the pool gets paid.

How many blocks have been orphaned past 20 confirmations in the past year?

At 6 GH/s, you should be using about 4 difficulty shares.

Divide ghs by 4
No, divide by 1.4. That'll keep you around 20 shares per minute which will still give you accurate stats.

Uhh...what? You mean the BTC network block difficulty? No, that doesn't affect your own share difficulty at all.

Same thing happened again... 2 blocks in short time. First time I would say OK it happens but now I think that it was an error the first time too... There was no block found in both cases by any other pool at that time. So the only pool that could find block is ours and to find 2 blocks in 400 shares or less at this difficulty is really small chance. To do that 2 times in such a short time is even harder... I guess it is easer to win lottery 2 times... What did you find for the first time doublec? I wouldn't care if that wouldn't decrease DMG estimate for about 4 BTC and this happened second time...
