I just read a case about you where it's claimed that spectrocoin stole/scammed user for 88 BTC in 2016.

How did it end? Has it been resolved?

It was a fake acquisition created to discredit us. He disappeared and never ever got in touch with us.

Is it possible to order plastic card without verification or not? When I select Cards it says "To continue account must be verified". First your support says I can order without verification, but with limits (which is fine). Few minutes later - can not. What for are 1000 USD/EUR limits on your website for unverfied users if you can not order without verification at all? Just dont confuse your clients if you can not use it without verification at all. Thanks for understanding.

I dont understand. Now you say it was fake.
But in topic from 2016 you confirm that you really locked his account with 88 btc because of fraud investigation?
If it was fake, why do you say that you locked his account?

""Account has been locked by compliance department due to fraud investigation and breach of Terms and Conditions. Client has also provided fake IDs. More information can be provided to moderators."

It's really a lot of money and i'm really worried such things are not explained.

The card verification and profile verification are different things. Card verification is optional and is required to increase card limits, while profile verification is necessary to order a card now due to VISA regulations.

Keen as mustard waiting for Bankera to open their ICO. Trying to raise 400 Million Euros is ambitious, and I dont think itll get close to that hardcap, but I like the site and its functional. I'm also glad unsold tokens get evenly distributed. My 2cents but then again im a noob

Regarding waiting time you should contact PayPal as debit card loading itself is instant. However, please note that for fund withdrawal from PayPal you have to have a verified card, as profile and card verification are two different things. And yes, it is possible to unload the card.

having probs topping up card, stays pending for ages then balance goes back into fiat balance. also all card history is missing and it says balance is 0.00 , pretty sure its not that!!
