Well, in that case you have two options aside from using a different service that can send to a native-segwit address.

1- Convince that service to upgrade their system.
2- Convince eXch to support lagecy addresses.

IMO, both should be done, if you want to deal with all types of clients, you should be able to deal with every single address type, obviouslly, once you send to a non-segwit address, it would cost the exchange more fees to move that output so expect to pay more in fees.

finally, the fact that the other service have not bothered to make a small change in their wallet system to follow an update that is many years old -- makes them a lot less worthy to deal with.

Or, much better, use your own wallet in between. Create a legacy wallet in Electrum-LTC, and start to be your own bank

i dowloaded electrum ltc, but, only new address...how i can use native Address on ?  and i have others wallet like trust.. but, only new address.., istill  didnt try guarda, that also i have , .. in the case of electrum-ltc, i neeed dowload old version? or no? i can use  the same andis possible to create old address?

As the service you want to withdraw LTC from doesn't support segwit LTC address, you need to create a legacy LTC address (an address that start with L) on Electrum-LTC.
To generate legacy LTC addresses, simply select "legacy (p2pkh)" as the script type.

After sending the fund to your Electrum-LTC wallet, you can easily make a transaction to the address generated by eXch.

Don't use guarda wallet (or any other closed source wallets), it's not a good for anything.
If you need open source multicoin wallet that support litecoin you can check Cake wallet, Stack wallet or Unstoppable mobile wallet.
Electrum-LTC is fine if you want to have litecoin only wallet.

Hiding part of your addresses is pointless for privacy. The moment you use it, the full address can be found.

Your electrum-ltc version v4.2.2.1 follows Bitcoin Electrum's default to create Native SegWit seed by default,
So it will not show that script type option during wallet creation unless you imported a BIP39 seed.

To create a standard p2pkh wallet, open your Electrum-ltc's console ('View->Show Console' to enable it),
Then type: make_seed(seed_type="standard") to create a p2pkh type Electrum seed.
Then create a new wallet using that seed phase via 'File->New/Restore'.
