Do we have a dmd rich list yet?
In normal browsers blocks explorer has such an option. Unfortunately the current explorer Diamond has no such option... :-) So here is a response I got from Cryptsy on my DMD that has not shown up in my wallet.... "Hello Ron, I do apologize for the delay, our agents are not closing your tickets. Since you have put multiple tickets in about the same issue they get merged together and one ticket stays open while the rest our closed. Currently there is no working DMD explorer to see what is going on with the network and bringing up the transaction of our withdrawal to you appears to be invalid. We are working to resolve this issue and get a working DMD block explorer to make sure transactions go out properly. Thank you for your patience while we look to find an explorer and resend the transaction. Sincerely Mark Cryptsy.com" Does a block explorer exist that they can check against or is that coming out soon? I have tried the one supplied on the main site but it does not work for me. I am a noob when it comes to explorers and am not really sure how all of it is made. Any way I am now over 2 weeks out on my missing DMD's. Very sad. :-(

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

The main task is now to develop the infrastructure and make the most accessible for any user and technical information about Diamonds. Until the autumn much more time, but still worth it to get a move on this issue ..

Download completed however I have to take a nap before I start testing ... By their composition the X algos use groestl I am awake now and will soon begin testing ... In the middle of a movie right now It just dawned on me that the "optimized" X11 and X13 kernels that I have posted on my testing thread may be gaining their better hashrates from groestl, I will also experiment with an extracted portion of the groestl algo in the X11mod.cl as a standalone Whoopee! another project to pursue

@Danbi A new coin Judgecoin is looking for help with continued development. Perhaps you could give a bit of help, not detracting from primary purpose of DMD of course A bit OT, but anyway. I have life outside Diamond. It just happened that Diamond was the only coin I really cared about (hard to explain why). So when the team needed help, I offered some. Not to say it was an easy task Now, Diamond has moved forward quite nicely and there is a lot more in the works. I could help Judgecoin (never heard of it) somehow, but can't contract for money -- they simply can't afford to pay me, if I am to work for them full time. So any help might be out of sympathy... whatever. No idea what their problem is, what they want to achieve and if I can help them. But we could try. /off topic

Happy Birthday to You Happy Birthday to You Happy Birthday Dear Diamond Happy Birthday to You!!! Whoa, what a ride, wasn’t it? One full year or to be more precise 6 code developers later we are here to celebrate the event a lot of people would doubt would ever happen - Diamond’s birthday. It’s crazy story and not everyone here remembers. The original developer was on a coin making spree and one of his creations was Diamond. It was a powerful sounding name for a coin with extremely fair issuance cycle of one Diamond reward per solved block (with occasional ‘random’ ones). After the devs departure the coin was simply left for dead. Thankfully, that little gem was resurrected in December which attracted widespread attention and a community that formed around it decided to take over its development. Beginnings weren’t easy as we went through many setbacks and periods of lost faith of investors. However, for us at the core, over the months that followed, Diamond stopped being an investment or entertainment or anything else for that matter. It has become our journey, our vector in life, our dream that we have tirelessly pursued sacrificing more than some would be willing to sacrifice. Where has it led us? To exactly where we are now. - Diamond is the world’s first coin that undergone successful algorithm change not only saving existing legacy blockchain but also averting death by merciless Skrypt ASICs.
- Diamond is the world’s first coin that implemented a unique dynamic total coin amount based trigger for more natural cycle of changes to happen.
- Diamond has been recalibrated to be in active service for at least three decades with coin mechanics that are following low inflation issuance model encouraging the rise of value of the single Diamond with time.
- Diamond has a working and well thought through Proof of Stake mechanism which works in tandem with Proof of Work protocol providing endless hybrid security.
- Diamond has cleaned up core code that has literally diffused ticking bug bomb that could have exploded at any moment leaving the network paralysed.
With today’s anniversary update we prove yet again that we represent quality Diamond deserves. Diamond 2.0.3 change log: • Fast Index - Provides very fast loading of the block chain from disk. • Implement getnetworkhashps RPC • Implement stakepower element in the getmininginfo RPC. • Implemented Qt wallet minting icon and mini-stats about minting in a tooltip. • Implement ‘unlock for minting only’. • Implement dnsseed nodes. • Implement coin control. • Fix numerous Qt styling and compatibility issues. • Fix numerous core hashing routines, text and general code clean-up. Apart from the software client, we’re also presenting a convenient permanent storage enabling tool; in other words a paper wallet facility: http://diamond.danbo.bg/bitaddress.org/bitaddress.org.html?culture=enand ABE based block explorer (version 1 – needs some makeup) http://diamond.danbo.bg:2750/chain/Diamond - Diamond uses two separate hashing algorithms so this was not off the shelf solution. The above are the effects of just a few months of our hard work; now imagine what we can achieve in another few. If we are fit enough to survive for so long we are well fit to overcome anything that future brings; and the thing with the future is that we do not try to predict it, we simply create it. The future that we are creating for Diamond is clearer and brighter than at any given point before. In the years to come we as the community can make Diamond dream come true, as together we can build something that is fair, lasting and significant. Yours faithfully, Diamond Team

Happy BD Diamond! Nice! I even deleted the peers.dat file before upgrading, and it found new Diamond buddies to talk to, in no time - faster than Match.com! However, not the fastest conversations I had in my life, but fast enough to bring me Diamond rewards! Future improvements ideas? 1. provide another tab to bring up the Console (similar to your Lock/Unlock Wallet tab). Look at UNO wallet. This way, no need to go to Help, Debug Window, etc. 2. provide a mean to switch between multiple wallets, without closing the client : Look at HoboNickel Wallet. A beer-tab wallet, a kids education wallet, a vacation with the wife wallet, a "I want to hide money from the government" wallet.... etc. PS: First birthday is supposed to be with a chocolate cake... and where is the "one" candle? The only time in your life when you are entitled to have only "one" candle on your cake... It's an digital cake, the candle is a string of crypto bits, so .. you need to see the code. Good ideas indeed, thanks!

About the new wallet.
1- If we download and start the new wallet will the re-syncing be automatic and write over the relevant files?
2- If we use the Blockchain download data, do we just delete that existing same file and replace with download file?
Thanks
