UPDATE http://multipool.bit.diamonds/ its in full release state now
Beta did finish with great success over 4000 DMD mined via DMD multipool in beta!

Quote
as DMD groestl diff raises it make even sence split GPU mining power
move some GPU mining power towards DMD multipool.
this help us in 3 ways:
first DMD groestl mining diff lowers and u earn more DMD at direct mining
second u earn a lot additional DMD via DMD multipool
third price stabilisation by constant buy demand from multipool when it convert BTC to DMD

so it looks 21.08.2014:
DMD Multipool its sending DMD payouts again
we now over 4000DMD mined via our Multipool!
Time to turn ur ASIC miner again on DMD Multipool
and be happy watching ur daily DMD income!

DMD Multipool Lotto

I compiled ccminer in xubuntu and ubuntu (14.04.1) last night, took me a while to get it right so I made myself a guide for next time that I thought I'd share with you guys.

Most references I found were incomplete or over complicated but here is what works for me.

Install the drivers and dependencies:

sudo apt-get purge nvidia*

sudo apt-get install nvidia-331 nvidia-331-uvm nvidia-settings

sudo apt-get install nvidia-cuda-toolkit

sudo apt-get install automake

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

sudo apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev

Download and unzip:

https://github.com/cbuchner1/ccminer/archive/master.zip

cd ccminer-1.2

Open Makefile.am and add the following line to the top:

AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS = subdir-objects

Execute the following commands:

export CUDA_HOME=/usr/local/cuda-5.5

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${CUDA_HOME}/lib64

PATH=${CUDA_HOME}/bin:${PATH}

export PATH

chmod +x configure autogen.sh

./autogen.sh && ./configure && make

Any idea why the price falls so rapidly?
main trading exchange was down over 14 days non holding miners sell 14 days of mining
thats nice cheap diamond to stock up ur share

hint: at this exchange price of DMD u earn more dmd if u mine via multipool than u earn by mine it direct

Hi. I looking on diamond with interest for a long time. Great work devs, specially with the issues of the period of transition to POS-POW. If still required I made some banners/headers for Diamond and dmd lotto.

And made the sign for the diamond, can be usefull in future if you like it.

Later will give links to the separate banners.
Thanks.

That  is great kussaka, I really like the colour combination. You managed to insert white as backdrop for the logo, and the DMD symbol ... a beauty. Definitely worth 20DMD for the effort and if no one makes anything better further 180 would be sent for you as a winner.

Multipool total earnings just reached 5001 DMD with last round!
That mean close to 1% of all existing DMD are already redistributed via DMD Multipool.
DMD Multipool take care coins really end in hand of holders and not insta-sellers.

If ya unhappy with ur GPU DMD mining rewards
maybe try run them 1 week on multipool and compare amount of DMD u receive.

Did everyone abandon useCryptos?  There is no volume there and it seems like a shame to not use them when we worked so hard to get on their board?

foundation have its eyes on cryptsy market we try stabilize it
u can help by joining DMD multipool mining
http://multipool.bit.diamonds/
once situation stabilized and we managed value recover we can
give usecryptos love

for now any rating site use DMD value on cryptsy so we have to take care about the price there

usecryptos seems to be lucky wonderland
someone bought there 1500 DMD from a braindead  seller at 0.00008  Shocked

volume on usecryptos is sure welcome too we wana keep our spot there

regarding dmd multipool we will create a beta project "dmd payout cloud mining investment group"
the setup would be done in a way that only 70% of earned btc is converted into DMD
and the rest of BTC is use to increase hashrate over time

people interested buy into this beta project please contact me via PM
but be aware this is be done as a business based on trust
for now diamond foundation isnt formed as a company
and u have to deal with me as private person as partner and coordinator of this
u would have no access to the cloud mining
u would receive a few times each month DMD payouts

performance of this beta project and lessons learned could be used to
create later on a public accessable follow project with website shop even share trading would be possible and and and

the beta project wont end the setup and mechanics are designed in a way its able to run endless
see this as a early adopter chance

to shock u minimum amount to join in is around 100€
we have some people who will most likely start with a 0 more.......

hope i scared all people away from this project
if not successful at scare u contact me with PM with serious questions and a estimated amount of investment

because the nature of such a kind of project is without any guarantees of profit
that is the guarantee i can give u too

Bringing up CPU usage while minting again.

How come other wallets don't use near as much cpu?  Example while minting maiacoin, cpu usage is less than 1%.  With DMD its 92%+.

Thanks

nearly no pos coins mastered coin grouping
this high cpu load seems to me a sign of lot small coin pile in ur wallet which try to grouping when minting

please tell me following number

(with coin contol activated in settings options display)

go to send coin inputs

and tell me the number of coin pile

my wallet have (455) and i have low cpu useage at minting
also i have all coins at a single address

if u have multiple address and lot coin pile that let cpu useage of mining increase a lot

then i suggest u use coin control to manual reduce number of different addresses and merge small coin pile

Hiya..thanks for the response.

I have 5 different addresses.  By coin pile I assume you are referring to the number in parenthesis to the left of the amount while in the coin control window?  so for the 5 addresses I have 17,8,6,3,3 coin piles.

Is that enough to cause a cpu issue?

Thanks
