when u dont see ur coins u run the repairwallet command in console
if u still dont see ur coins u use a backup of wallet.dat
and resync from a sure clean blockchain backup

Possibly your block chain was corrupted. We had this issue a few months ago. Either sync from the beginning or use the supplied chain from OP.

Here is a bootstrap.dat for dmd until 583000 block:

If you need a clean blockchain, download, unzip, put the bootstrap.dat file to datadir, start the wallet, and have a coffee
