fluffypony has done a lot for Monero and continues to do so with little drama over the years, but I can't forget primer was right about Atrides which doesn't necessary means he is right now... I hope.
I think it will succeed in integrating Monero.

Iron Maiden to soon accept Monero: donated a day's salary to the Globee project. Seems like David Bowie would have been a very good candidate for accepting Monero: https://youtube.com/watch?v=LaHcOs7mhfU&feature=youtu.be

- You can figure out what will happen, not when /Warren Buffett - Pay any Bitcoin address privately with a little help of Monero.

A gotta admit, I am a fan of FP. (But isn't that really an incorrect usage of Moneroj?)

I just went to send some xmr and the cli wallet told me there's a backlog. So I bumped the priority one notch above normal (whatever it's called) and the transaction fee is around .071 xmr or so. Ouch. What's happening to cause so many transactions?
The notch above is 5 times the fee. There doesn't seem to be much of a backlog recently, so I don't think the fee bump was really necessary. How much was the backlog ? I doubt it was more than 1 or 2 blocks (2 to 4 minutes).

Actually I use only monero for my payments in dark web ! This is the best crypto currency for black market. All that tor integrated coins are just bullshit. Dark web shops accept only monero.
Ok, but please stop telling the world that. Most of us do not want Monero associated with criminal endeavours, we want it for financial safety and personal safety and for our personal human rights for privacy.

I think that Monero is the best privacy-focused cryptpcurency. But I have one doubt.. who keep network hashrate when xmr was much lesa profitable than zec and eth.. Isn't any backdoor in Monero?

A lower hash rate simply means confirmations are less secure. Worse case scenario, you can always wait for more confirmations to get back what ever level of security you are comfortable with.

Rep Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=381041If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

I'm not satisfied with the Monero clients. I would like to have something similar to Electrum
You can use the GUI with a remote node, which kind of results in the GUI acting as a light wallet. See: https://moneroworld.com/#nodes

Yes. There is Monerujo. Open source light wallet for android. I use it. I bought a Ledger Nano S and a Cryptosteel with it. Do your own due diligence. https://github.com/m2049r/xmrwallet/releases

See: https://moneroworld.com/#nodesThanks for the helpful post - I could definitely use the extra 30+GB Monero Blockchain space on my laptop for other things. Would there be any security issues using the Moneroworld node with my wallet (I'm running Linux...)?
