This is a MASSIVE step forward.

We can now move from $10m market cap to $100m market cap - BlackCoin will now be taken seriously by big investors.

Well done!

Iconic has made a valid point and i am glad he is still with us. i am not going to kid anyone.. i saw it coming. but as it is now.. we can respect the views and points made by Iconic and end any chastizing of his character for the past. leave the past where it is.. let us move forward. his comments are seen, noted and respected. there is a fine line between genius and crazy and few are able to attribute genius correctly. Iconic's work has always delivered and even though i may not have been 100% behind the pr firm initiative before.. the success of raising the funds needed have totally flipped my mind on the idea and the timing has been perfect.

Well done to Iconic and Team and i expect that all hatchets can be buried as Iconic regains his centering once more.

+1                                                                                                         welcome b(l)ack Iconic ?

what happens with the big big holder of BC?? its looks like a private firm how you guys handle this coin.for a investor its too risky to give a few boys the full power!!and why should the community donate for sick marketing projects? what do "the Doge " with his coins (he owns millions)for example??

The big holders can be (if they want to) investor relations with the Foundation. We do not have the full power, absolutely not.
TheDoge does not hold 'millions of coins'. That is blatant FUD and simply not true.

Actually, the whole foundation as of current have only about 250,000 BC in holdings personally, divided amongst the 5 members.

You're absolutely right, that figure is a tad high. Im down to 3489BC as a result of all the donations to PR campaigns and other stuff. My sig BC address has always been the same from the first day I owned BC.

That's about what I hold myself... so I'll be doing another round of donations again... personally I think rat4's donation address alone should hold 1M BC... but unfortunately I'm not rich enough to make that happen myself.  However, I think the comment publicjud made was because he believes they're in control of...

People will not believe this as a result of all the recent fud agains the people behind BlackCoin, as you know, lies spread quicker than the truth.

It's a fallacy that the devs and community guys have millions of coins each. Who in their right mind would suggest such rubbish or even worse - believe it!

"3. Maintaining investor and media relationships
The foundation publically represents Blackcoin, the community and the developers. The Foundation is a central point of contact for all parties interested in Blackcoin."

_______________________________________________________________________________ _______

- I don't like that part it looks like we are trying to centralize something which is decentralized by default.
BTC is growing fast because BTC foundation not trying to centralize it and never will be.
Many projects is runned parallel because no one can RULE BTC ind this is growing evolving on their own.
Foundation only trying to help get business to community but this is not only one way.
I can just ask you kindly to change sound of that sentence because it look bit to autocratically for me.
....
I would change that statement to something like that / i am not native english speaker but look at both statements:
...

The foundation will try publicly represents Blackcoin, the community and the developers. The Foundation can be considered as central point of contact for all parties interested in Blackcoin - we will pay many effort to fulfill both roles perfectly.
Community can make their projects on their own but we believe The Foundation can help organize and back up your hard work.

VS

The foundation publically represents Blackcoin, the community and the developers. The Foundation is a central point of contact for all parties interested in Blackcoin."

-20-30% IMO - small/middle holders won't bother even to download wallet.

I do have a blackcoin wallet but dabble in like 10 other coins and in smaller amounts that I know I'll trade so don't have any other wallets for them. so yeah, people who are doing that with bc may not have wallets either.
