Does anyone have an idea as to why I can not connect to Genesis-Mining and why on 2 different browsers it says The Site Refuses to connect
I've scanned with multiple antiviruses and have found nothing.

This can have many reasons for example the website URL has been blocked by you ( Accidently ) or your host file has been changed and the site is not reachable anymore.

If the website works on your phone then the problem is somewhere on the computer. Btw, when visiting the website on your phone, is it connected to WiFi or your mobile carrier network?

I think I've figured it might be my IP is blocked, but I dont know why they would block me, its not a site where you can post negative things or piss someone off. It will not connect from my phone on wifi at the house but will connect over data.

You were just scammed. The only way to get your money back is a lawsuit against this scam company.

They keep refusing my legal right of withdrawal illegally, so I started taking action. As my first step, I submitted a form to Consumer Council in HK where their office is.

i was assumed this was a legit site, it was recommended to me by a lot of people, does anyone else have been scammed by genesis minig. i was thinking to make an investment when i had the money. anyone else was scammed???

i want to know what was wrong with it?? i was just asking if the site is legit and and someone else had been scammed or that was just noise from  emmettoc

i keep trying to answer you honestly to check their trust, but they keep nuking my comment (and thats what happened to yours as well)
 they delete people calling out their scam all day (hence why i have personally negged them)

I never got roi even worse the payments I did receive were dust and using them for a transaction resulted in fees so high it was pointless. When payments stopped I was informed it was due to bitcoins low value at the time and the fees were more than I was mining quite a shock when it was advertised as no fees. This false advertising has been rectified but no compensation was offered.
Personally I had a bad experience with Genesis mining and wouldn't invest again I would however say that they're legitimate as they're still going, pay out regularly and have representation at big events. I honestly doubt that any legitimate cloud mining company would be profitable

tho genesis mining is totally legit in as far as they pay out regularly exactly as promised per hashrate one buys.
however if one does the math as with any cloud mining service you will never achieve roi because difficulty increases folks.
take the money you would use to buy a contract and simply autobuy bitcoin directly
 on a daily basis (coinbase will let you do this for example if
for whatever reason you just like to see daily deposits in your wallet.) you will achieve the same
effect of having daily bitcoin deposits (along with the benefit of bitcoin's increasing value over time)
without ever having to wonder if you will ever get your original
investment back had you paid for a contract (you wont). as ive said many times before...its not rocket science.
btw this is the only thread ive had my post deleted due to speaking the truth about this cloud mining operation

1. a 2 year 2mh scrypt Genesis Mining contract costing $28  or...
2. $28 worth of litecoin

HINT....2 years of 2mh mining generates $29.74 worth of Litecoin (Coinwarz calculator with zero fees and elec. cost)
assuming today's price and difficulty NEVER CHANGES!!!  (chance of that occurring? zero)

thats might be your opinion, but there are a lot of people claiming that they are being paid periodically, so rigth now they are paying, if in a future they turn into a scam thats another thing, but not right now, at least thats what i have seen here in posts

GM/Marco has calculated the rates already, selling you a service, that will eventually be obsolete due to the maintenance/fee structure over time.
Take the money you would of used here and just buy your desired coin(s) outright. Save yourself and sanity.
