They don't need a patent if they can prove that they are the first to make VeriBit AKA the idea of it , BC didn't sue each PoS coin because its open source and everyone can use it .

BC didn't create POS, why does everyone think this? They are the first one to go complete POS. They had good marketting.

Anyone who been in crypto game knows that Peercoin made POS, others copied it. So please, for the several people who keep saying BC is the creator of POS. At least get your facts straight


BC is working on a new version of POS, that is meant to be more secure, Once that is complete they would be the first to run the new modified version of POS.
