Is it normal for your worker stats to go missing from the veripool site a lot? Sometimes I see my account on there, but most of the time I never really see it there to be honest. I've been connected and performing requests for the past few hours now but only 3 times has my name ever showed up in the statistics so I could check on it.

Make sure you're looking at the right list.  For whatever reason the SHA-256 list alternates from bottom to middle.  Just look to the far right for GH or TH then you'll know you're on the right list.  It's pretty bad.  They should at least title each algo but they don't.  They should also have a search feature to find your specific address.  Maybe they'll do that one day.

Would someone mind explaining what CGminer saying I have accepted 600 difficulty shares and veripool stats saying I have 32 shares. What are these two numbers and how do they relate to one another?

I used to mine a while back, your cgminer shares don't reflect actual shares, also I'm not sure if its true but people suspect some pools of stealing coins from people not 100% sure though.

I have to say you are quite right to take the wallet release date seriously. People are concerned this issue all over the world. I have just received the news from the Middle-East, in Cairo people are on the streets again because they could not get the VeriCoin wallet beta version 1.0123456 on the 28th June. Right now I am panicking too. What can I do without my new wallet?

I do take communication and transparency from the dev team seriously. I will continue to do so, and I will continue to hold them to account for it.

LOL would hate to have you as my boss.. being a stickler never helps encouragement of your workers.. Take your time guys make it awesome...

It's normal for the devs to sleep at this time, dont begin all this FUD : )

dont worry about it it's people from another coin trying to play their games, one of them just showed up in IRC (the guy that created all the problems for crypt) they are desperate because they have huge bags of that coin and no word from their devs on all the promises they made, so now they are here to try and cause problems for us. I'm guessing the brand new account dipshits will start their fud campaign any time now. Pathetic.

What ever happened to under promise, over deliver.

It would be better for future updates for the team to put out a wallet release successfully, and on time before promoting it on twitter and elsewhere.

After how much talk about it, and how it would be out today, no reason to fail. If you cannot make a deadline you impose on yourself, and continuously talk it up. I see no good coming out of that.

IMO, it would be nice to see our dev's play less hype man, and be more responsible about making deadlines and keeping our technology cutting edge. This would improve the price more than anything and instill the confidence to take it to the next level.

Anyone with a few minutes mind goin to VeriCoins.com and telling me what you think of this new layout?

We are starting to play around with some themes now to further development and focus on our VeriCoin services.

Also, does anyone know any really good responsive themes for Wordpress that are friendly for a amature web designer to learn with?

Thanks for the help!

It is a clean layout , but I think still a bit to simple. review some other cryptocoin sites and get ideas from them.

as for wordpress templates.. have you done a search in google for free wordpress templates... download them and see what they look like as it is not hard to add a wordpress template to your site.

Thank you very much. I appreciate taking the time to give me your input with the website.

I been playing with some new themes trying to find one that fits the objective of each.

These sites will be a bit more busy and have more content once the basic layouts are all setup.

Do people out there with technical know how think they could make some VeriCoin faucets?

Looking up the search engine queries people are looking for the term "VeriCoin Faucet" quite often.

Yet we only have 1 active one that any community member can share. And from the few responses I heard the community really appreciates it.

Anyone know any other faucets other than http://vrcfaucet.visitbit.com/, or websites that attract community members of VeriCoin with small giveaways?

Organic search for this and several other vericoin related projects are picking up. Any help in gathering this information will benefit all parties involved. Win, win , win.

*edit* Okay so I am looking into creating a faucet. If I want to change it from bitcoin to VeriCoin will it be hard? Anyone with information on faucet creation have advice?

I like the faucet you talk about above.. and use as often as I can... I just checked godaddy for VeriCoinFaucet.com and it was taken... so wonder if the owner is going to make a new vericoin faucet soon...

I got a few vericoin domain names ideas I am going to grab soon and build some sites around the coin also...
