Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

BTC/1M is more or less a measurement to check the pools performance We pay-out only SYNC! All alt-coins are however traded first to BTC, and then SYNC is purchased from the "mined" BTC. Hope it is a bit more clear now! |

We had insane hashrate throughout the PoW and the launch was fair to ensure wide distribution. I'm just like you all only managed to get 0.3 mined so far  I bought in mintpal 0.31 at the price of 0.64 .. hopefully as soon as the price goes up instead of down instead After the last multi-pool dump? They are dumping today right when the price will go up?? mintpal price now at 0.5-0.6 Price on Mintpal has been above 0.6 most of the time and it's currently 0.62. During the last 24 hours it has not been below 0.57 once, so stop your FUD You see in mintpal now .. already begun to fall from 0.57 Last Price 0.56200000 24 Hr High 0.86000000 24 Hr Low 0.56200000 Volume 24 Hr BTC 144 924 I hope that does not go down again It likely will. Up till a few hours after the end of POW, the multipools will be dumping. It's what they do. If I hadn't blown my wad on mining, I'd view it as a buy opportunity. Following the POW period, our multi will be doing that number on other coins  |

That would be very cool.. +1 That would be awesome some multipool stats on wallet Just perfect (innovations one of many) has began, worry about nothing, wait for POW to finish then deep dive development, this coin has a chance to beat up bitcoin in a serious way +1 Not enough coins to blow out Bitcoin. Sad to say will never happen. I would see DarkCoin doing it. I think you're looking at it wrong. Why beat on bitcoin? It's "gold" in the crypto world. This is more like... I was gonna say platinum, but it's not as rare. Maybe iridium? |
