Again, why am i not staking and my wallet says "not staking because you have no mature coins"? They are supposed to mature in 50 blocks, which was a LONG time ago now.

Huntercoin: HQWSihm1WPJfjdPbeLfdVc6nsqrnJW5fYR
Sync: Si1MjELBXaffuNgEN4Zd3PkM9qzu9pq5k5
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

If you have ever held any PoS coins before, you will know that staking isn't an automatic occurrence and does not happen for everyone, in the same way.
the stake minting of SYNC is 1% per annum, some will stake earlier than others, but at the end of the %age period, everyone will have gathered minted coins relevant to the amount of coins they have held.

screaming 'where is my stake' at us all in this thread isn't going make minting occur any faster.. it's entirely random.. you maystake before me, or I may stake before you... if you hover over the green arrow in your wallet (when your coins are ready to go into stake) it will tell you your weight and estimated time to rewards.

chill out, nobody said this was a short term coin.

Did you update the wallet in the last 12 hours? There is a new mandatory update.

Couple of questions...

Staking begins at block 8200 now?

Why did the transition to staking fail the first time?

What has been done to fix this?

Half the people on here don't seem to understand why only a single GPU would be sufficient to finish up the remaining 1000 blocks.  So obviously there is a decent amount of confusion going on.  I think these are reasonable questions....

One of the selling points of this coin was that the launch went so smoothly.  The average person should be able to understand what's going on and be able to make an informed decision about investing in or mining this coin.

Staking already started.
Because the last block didn't confirm
PoS blocks

Wallet keeps saying I will be rewarded in 15 minutes. But it's been saying that for many hours now..

So, will the "rewards" start only from block 8200, is that what you are saying?

No settings or settings file to mess with. Simply run the latest CCminer.

ccminer.exe -a x11 -o stratum+tcp://drkpool.com:3333 -u user -p pass

I use precision X to adjust my OC on the fly.

Thank you very much.

Yes, and now it's ugly again =(. I liked the "flavoured" one

Go stroke each other in another place this is the sync thread and not the how do I do x11 thread ...
and dont hijack the thread   go to irc   or get a room    stupid     stay on topic and the topic is SYNC

Sync was x11, so how is that off topic?

The key word in your response is "was"   There are plenty of other threads to teach people how to use their equipment    lets get through the current issues so people dont have to read through x11 lessons when they come here to find out why SYNC isnt currently trading.

Any idea when will Mintpal and Bittrex update that there is no longer a problem with Sync, do we just have to wait for the blockchain to catch up or just somebody to contact them?

x11 (XC) ...
hope our multipool is mining it Smiley

we have X11coin (XC) in our multipool, it is however not very profitable (when you look at diff vs price) we are now mining lower diff x11 alt-coins, with lower prices but make double profit compared to x11coin per MH/s!
if x11 price will rise, or diff will lower it get automaticly switched to X11 mining..

Therefore, send us your hash (currently above 1 Ghs)
Who gives us 5 GHS?!
