Thanks! I think I'll stop now. Lol. I want to mine, but I'm not sure which currency would yield most profit. This is giving me an okay amount versus mining Monero. I was only get $0.02/day with Monero. Any ideas which forum thread I should go to?

Where do you put the `clam.conf` file? I put it in AppData/Clam/ next to the other stuff, but I'm not sure my settings are changing?

Trying to do this:

combinelimit=40

Just crossed over Clam.

You distributed some coins like this : So! We took the BTC, LTC, and DOGE blockchains, found every address with a balance above dust, and sent each and every one of them a little over 4.6 CLAMS. It isn’t perfect, but it includes everyone.

Since Doge has like 6000 x more coins than BTC isn't this distribution flawed?

The number of coins doesn't mater, it's the number of addresses that were in use.

If coin is dead why is it still on margin on polo?

Let's not feed the troll.

This sounds very much like that BBmmmBB character! Looks like he escaped the mental asylum he was incarcerated in all this while AND he is off his meds too! Cheesy

^lol that's not him ;-D ==CLAMS is a good coin ...haha satoshi **

I would paraphrase his statement. Why keep an asset where dooglas owns 100% of the supply on margin while refusing to add REP, ETC STRAT and many other instruments with liquidity and volume. The deadishness of clam is as apparent as dooglas' stake is sizable. Despite he owns literally ALL clams theres no chance he will ever recover from a loss that he took when CLAM got dumped by a huge whale that is now manipulating cellulite coin.

 Roll Eyes
A: Dooglus does not own 100%.
B: Just-Dice.com doesn't have 100% of the CLAMS either.  At the time of this post JD has 53.97%,  at one point this was getting closer to 80%.  My goal has always been for JD to have 20-30% of the O/S and for the other chunks be divided between 6 other major separate services.

ok interesting.
So since nobody knew this in adcanve this seems legit. but this could actually been abused , then this is a big issue as well, since there is no money behind address creation.

   The addresses had to have a non-trivial amount.  The exact amount is either in the op or on the website, or somewhere in this thread.

Trying to do this:

Code:
splitsize=20
combinelimit=40

You need to put it in the same place as the CLAM wallet.dat wallet file, wherever that happens to be on your OS.

Try adding in:

Code:
connect=127.0.0.1

then restarting. Does it fail to connect to any peers then? It should, since that line means "don't connect to any peers except for yourself". Then take that line out again, restart again, and check that it is finding peers again.

I own 26000 CLAMs. That's 1.17% of the total active supply. There are quite a lot of people with more than me. I'm not sure what makes you think I own more than that.

Despite he owns literally ALL clams

Do you know what 'literally' means? And 'all'? I don't own all the CLAMs, either literally or figuratively.

theres no chance he will ever recover from a loss that he took when CLAM got dumped by a huge whale that is now manipulating cellulite coin.

How would I have taken a loss when some whale sold a bunch of CLAMs to some other people? Depending on when you're talking about I may have bought some cheap coins and sold them later at a profit, but I don't remember taking a loss from any such trade.

I've never heard of cellulite coin and don't see the relevance to CLAM.
