I think the Blocknet is very cool and amazing for crypto. I just hope it benefits XC. Putting my faith in the XC team in this one. I have a question. If one prefers not holding coins on exchanges (which is most of us probably) how can we move our shares off exchange for safekeeping? Can they be tied to XC wallet addresses?
Good question. Also, what is to stop a whale buying 1000 BTC worth? Or 500 BTC worth? I've seen large buy orders in other IPO's. |

how do you guys think about a small presale window for those paying in xc or one of the other participating coins, just to make shure the longtime supporters get their piece of the cake in case the interest for this projects really takes of.

Yeah i had same thoughts but , buying blocknet ITO now with xc, 10% discount, XC a a low point so easy reentry to buy up some more, and with the Xinc ITO you get "tokens" for proof of holding, you don't need to spend the coins, just show you have them In my opinion, long time XC holders should get some free Blocknet during the ITO.
that would require XC to be in "ownership" of of blocknet , and give them special privileges which would be completely unfair and be completely against what they are actually building So Is XC helping Blocknet or Blocknet helping XC? It is a mutually beneficial arrangement. If i open a store and then decide to make a website, adding it to the website, does it help expand the internet and the viewership and sales of my shop? yes , it is mutually beneficial. If i have a coin that has a very small community but great tech, having the ability for 10 other currencies able to use that service with complete ease is something of benefit, it also benefits the holders being able to use the features of the other coins. Maybe I'm not understanding you, but as an XC Holder (and I buy more every week) I'm at this point not using XC Tech or any of the tech from the other coins. I think i'm speaking on behalf of a larger audience when I say that the greed motive is the primary reason people hold and acquire XC. Right now I can't really buy what I want with XC Coins or any of the other coins, but eventually I will be able to do so. The real question is which is the right coin. I truly believe several big players (fortune sized companies and investment firms) are looking into this. The tech is the real "nugget" and everything else is just fluff. I'm saying all of this with a giant smile and hopefully not offending anyone  Are you trying to ask if XC is the right coin to hold and if the blocknet will give it more value ? Yes, but I believe owning a majority in XC is the way to go. Both coins and Shares. Yes and to your question "So Is XC helping Blocknet or Blocknet helping XC?" Yes , they are mutually beneficial to each other. they help each other |

ITO; theoretically, since XC holders get free shares, couldn't people just buy XC, get shares, and then sell both for essentially free money? What's to stop people from doing that? And just to confirm, XC Inc. ITO is slated for Q1 2015? I figure that makes my best option to buy some Blocknet shares and slowly build back up however much XC I use to buy in time for the XC Inc. concerning the XC ITO offering, I think its been decided already that there will be some kind of commitment of your declared coins. That is if you got 1000 XC, you can declare as much as you want, provide evidence of ownership, then that much amount is commited to the shares for the ITO period, that means you can't sell them away. Thus you need to know how much you gonna declare, because you might need some portion of your holdings for trading. There was a really productive discussion conerning this back when the ITO was announced. Just remember that XC has its very own private tech, you set up mixers and you gain fees for facilitating transactions. Coin holders(that have joined the blocknet)will be able to use XC's private transactions, for a premium, through their familiar apps. Privacy provided to most of the community through XC. People will want to invest in the tech itself, not to mention set up an xmixer and join the party too. If I havent understood the project correctly, I expect to be corrected asap ofc. |

it could be that people are selling some xc to get some of the other coins that are joining the blockNET. It could also be that mintpal is dumping our XC. It could be that some just need the money. It could be that some people are just plain silly. But it's good for new investors to get into XC now! |

It could be that some people are just plain silly. But it's good for new investors to get into XC now! Lets hope Dan gets the mobile version out soon or there will be lots of XCs available for new investors If you know what I mean |
