No one knows where the price will go in the future, and no one knows when the public launch will occur but the team has said this fall is their goal. If you believe in XC there are a lot of things we can do as a community to increase awareness and adoption but asking questions that have no answers are not one of them.

not everything that happens here is going to be directly related to a price rise.  Sometimes people will have questions and I can think of no better place than to ask them than right here......
this is a public forum in which the exchange of information is the foremost activity.

....... and of course the more the world knows about xc, the more likely that will be reflected in a price hike.

I agree the volume is low but the good news it it shows how little buying pressure is needed to maintain the current price range. When we get our next pump it will take us sky high. Now is the waiting game and in the meantime please promote XC wherever you can.

To be fair, the updates were pretty much daily for a long while. Recently the frequency of the updates have slipped. I guess Arlyn will comment further, perhaps he can change the title to just XC Update and give them as and when the XC team have information to share.

Crypto people are just unrealistic most of the time. They expect their coin to provide daily updates and expect these updates to moon the coin.

Come on people real value is not built overnight.  XC isn't in a pump and dump phase.

When you invest in wallstreet, you sure as hell don't expect your stocks to 400% within two weeks of your investment.

There is no buy pressure but at the same time the sell pressure if very very low. Unlike BC/VRC and whatnot XC has been the most steady coin of them all along with monero, but monero has huge inflation that will prevent it to moon when new money comes in during the next BTC pump. (XMR inflation is about 90 BTC per day)...

Have some patience.

What is this Mintpal v2 that you speak of? 

basically since the acquisition of mintpal from moolah, they are planning to relaunch mintpal. they call it mintpal v2. and only some coins are gonna be there(some are added, some are removed, although they are still tentative).

yeah i transferred them to my wallet to stake, but i bought a few more and did not want to interfere with the coin maturity. hahha.

Personally, I don't need daily updates. I thought they'd be both difficult to keep up with and to make interesting every day.

With that being said, no one should be chastised for expecting promised daily updates.  The team's got to hold themselves accountable for their announcements. Not doing so just creates a hotbed for FUD.
