Hi guys I just got 5.2 Btc on btc-e after a wire transfer but there is a fuking MONTH of Hold on them. they say it can be requested to be removed but the link for assistance does not work is there anyone in here knows how this process work and direct me to the correct link pr person to contact for this?

Be ready to show all sorts of documents to them regarding the wire transfer. Passport photo, your residency proof and a statement why you bought Bitcoins. I don't know if Bulgaria has strict kyc policies but I avoid btce like plague.

Which site do you suggest so that does not go trough this idiotic process?

A local BTC broker in your country would be the ideal choice in my opinion. Obviously there's the trust element which could be established by doing several small trades. I believe there are BTC brokers dealing with different kinds of volumes in every part of the world. Hey, I buy Bitcoins for people who I know personally and I never visit an exchange.

I always use localbitcoins and love the experience every time. You have to find the right people to deal with but once you do everything should work quite well.
