Hello,
I tried to download version 5 but I can not get it to work, after a brand new .conf file and launch sgminer.exe the program exits immediately.
With pause command i can't see any error, they exit after "Using Jansson 2.6".
I have win7 64bit, 2.9.1 SDK, 14.20 Ati Driver.

I try some older version but the only works is 4.0.0.

Can someone help me?
Thank's a lot.

You would need to say what GPU you have and show your .conf / .bat files really.

if you are using cgwatcher you need

"api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1",
"api-listen" : true,

in the conf

when using nicehash auto what does it mean when  algo x11 is "dead"

cheers
[Edit]   I am guessing this is because nicehash switch the algo off because it is not profitable so my miner then says the port is dead ..

However when i look here:-

 https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?a=4

and read the "Currently Paying" for x13 it say's 0.4989 BTC/GH/Day,  and then the "Currently Paying" for Scrypt-A.-Nf. it say's 2.1000 BTC/GH/Day

so why is x13 marked as live and amI minning it rather than Scrypt-A.-Nf. ?

Since cgwatch does not update for multi-algo switching.Which miner watching program can be used?

Scrypt-A-Nf. is a fuck of a lot slower than x13.

does
 "failover-switch-delay" : "300",
or anything else apart from my password code have any effect on the time it takes to switch algo ?

cheers

Ok  as some of you guys might have guessed maths is not one of my best lifetime achievement's
  so  am I getting this right :-
    If i use this default nicehash pass f0=1.0;f2=0.5;f3=5.5;f4=4.0;f5=500;f6=3.5;f7=16 my miner in theory should switch algo as close to the time that nicehash changes algo as possible.

Now if I build my own custom pass which consists of each algo's 4 hour average hash rate for the rig, the miner will then not switch algo so much according to the nicehash standard but it would switch at a time that is more related and proffitable to my individual rig

in which case i should just ignore when my miner switch's algo compared to the nice hash switch and trust that it is switching at a time that is best for the individual rig

is this the way to go with this

cheers
