I've a problem with intersango. I cannot get information on my SEPA transfer from Intersango from 2 weeks ago, and the money is not in my account. When I click on the withdraw information (which was difficult to find, by the way), it says

Sent withdrawal of 2275.75 PLN to

There is no other information!

The support page (https://support.intersango.com/) does not load. It always says for many days (more than a week) now:

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Intersango support, please help.

That error is indicative of a broken firewall or proxy setup.

Especially slow connections will cause the webserver to drop your connection (this is a security measure).

I have money $$ locked up , in intersango  , US $ .
before they do ,int bank transfer , so i sell my bitc there .
Now i ask for a `transfer , they wont help me , why ?.
I  never got mail , we stop with it , or read it on there site.
Is it so much work to transfer my money out? , 1 min work .
They have all my bank info .

is intersango ,good for there customers , i did not sell 100 bitc , much more.

Maybe you could get a friend to help with the translation, I know for myself that I'd be afraid of helping with such a poor description because of the chance of problems. What you wrote above is hardly readable at all, unfortunately.

Hi,

We were a bit backed on Support tickets but I believe I answered yours a while ago. I too had problems understanding exactly what the issue was and if I'm thinking of the correct support ticket then I asked you to elaborate. I know we have very few support tickets now that are over a couple days old so if you have responded and your ticket is still open then it will be resolved I would assume in the next 24 to 48 hours.

I've been fairly noisy about the features I've felt Intersango hasn't got.  I've just noticed today that they have implemented two of the biggies: live order book display and a live order book chart.

I don't know how long these have been "live", but they look and operate really well.

To the Intersango guys: you should make more noise about these features.  It's great to see development work going on; and you should be justifiably proud of what you're achieving.

Also, while we have sometimes made generous exceptions and been very clear that they were a one time thing (particularly helping people due to paxum shutting service with bitcoin resellers) we do not support withdraw and deposit methods which are not listed on our site.

@niyum, this seems to have been going on forever, can't you just buy back in to Bitcoins on Intersango with your $ there & move it to an exchange where you can get it wired to Thailand more easily, or sell them locally to Goat in Bhat which he will do I'm sure if you cover any local bank fees

this just released option may be good for those of you where it's hard &/or expensive to get wires sent or where they are heavily monitored by your government - Thailand, Brazil, South America generally, China, Africa etc - just have your Bitcoin funds sent to your existing debit or credit card in your local currency, or a new dedicated $ card, maybe Intersango &/or Gox could link up with these people so as to streamline this from their sites but you can do it yourself right now np, good for smaller amounts where the wire fees would be prohibitive too & for sending money back home to family etc

I have found the amount of withdrawal information to be lacking.

It doesn't give the date and time for instance.

It would be really great if intersango offered a visa debit card that you could be linked to your usd or gbp balance.

If you are interested, I can get you a VISA card that can be loaded from your EUR Intersango balance.

Just for now one card for testing and reporting to the group how it went - free of charge, just message me delivery address if interested. Just one card free, you have priority because you asked, if not interested, any other first person who messages me address gets the card. If it all works out well I might later sell them for about 3 BTC (cards are probably valid about 2 years).

Balance would appear on the card as soon as withdrawal is done by Intersango (once a day) - if done during hours Mon-Fri 05:00-21:00 and Sat 05:00-16:00.

No loading fees and no Intersango 5 PLN withdrawal fee as its the same bank as they have (so no SEPA needed).

Limit per single transaction: 150 EUR
Max card balance: 750 EUR
Max total yearly load: 2500 EUR

ATM withdrawal fee: 2.50 EUR

Transaction in currency other then EUR: Visa exchange rate + 2.8% (total about 3% from spot).
That can be checked http://www.visaeurope.com/en/cardholders/exchange_rates.aspx by entering 2.8 in the field "Enter conversion fee (0-5%):"
But the date is the date of settlement, usually about 2 days after transaction, so exact exchange rate can't be known in advance.

Not possible to "unload" funds from the card other then paying with it or in ATM.

I'm very interested in Intersango, but have a couple of questions.

1. Online banking with our UK bank is currently unavailable. Payments are being received however we cannot process them. This has happened before and was dealt with in a timely manner. -- what does this mean? First thing I'd like to do is send them a few GBP to buy BTC with, but this message appears to be saying that I can't do that right now, is that so? When did the problem start? What is timely -- an hour, day, week? More information, please.

2. If https://intersango.com/support.php is their status page, it hasn't been updated in over a month.
