You just helped me out man. :-) 🦊 I've got an RX 480 unit in my 16.04 Ubuntu installation and it wa Dog-slow with Claymore's Monero miner. That little -dmem 0 command made all the difference. Now I can use my workstation and mine at the same time. Many thank-you's. :-)
Congrats! Specifying -dmem 0 solved the exact same problem for me. I'm still trying to figure out how to make Claymore's CryptoNote Windows CPU Miner v4.0 work. I usually don't set the -dmem parameter but thought I'd give it a go and setting it to "-dmem 0" reduced my hashrate. It set memory used from 1836MB down to 918MB. Maybe increasing virtual and/or physical RAM might be an option to try, rather than setting -dmem.

Hello Monero again tried to mine. Unfortunately, there is nothing left and errors appear: { "Id": 1, "JSON-RPC" 2.0 "," error ": {" code ": - 1" message ":" Lowdifficultyshare "}}
until 4 weeks ago everything worked perfectly with the same setting in the Claymore 11.2. But now neither Claymore 11.2 nor 11.3 Does anyone know any advice to solve the problem? Pool is supportxmr At Nanopool it works. But I do not want to mine those.

That would be a negative, this version of Claymore will not mine Equihash coins. What you want is Claymore's ZCash/BTG miner for equihash mining, you can get it here (whether it mines Bitgold I don't know). https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1670733.0

AMD rx550 not work no ASM binary found Yes currently only popular cards are supported: Pitcairn, Tahiti, Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Ellesmere, Baffin, Vega. I will add other cards but a bit later. It was my favorite miner (v9.7)... And of course all other old cards (57xx/58xx) Is it no chance to support them? Please-please-please bring it back! RIP 5870 hashrate. 200 with 9.7 to 140 with stak. Anybody know of a better miner for it?

That is why I responded as I did. It is a legitimate material response from an expert who has been using Claymore's CN miner since 9.6 daily on multiple Tahiti rigs, Ellesmere rigs, but never Vega rigs, because it sucks with Vega's. Believe me I have tried. Now regarding insults: I have not insulted you, but keep it up and I definitely will show you what an insult is.

Are there any differences in mining speed between eu1,eu2,asia1,us-east1,us-west1? Has any one tested these servers? Is choosing the closest server to the mining rig the best option?

Hello
Running the this version on pandaminer. I want to join nanopool for new XMR mining (ie. post April 6th).
Would appreciate comment on output below. Sorry if its long. But at the bottom you can see several GPUs 'failed''.

Okay this is weird. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Have four rigs mining monero. Three have 2 card with ~1700 hashes each, get around 3500 shares every 30 minutes. The fourth rig has 6 rx470 at ~3600 hashes, but that one only shows ~1500 shares over 30 minutes. That's like 1/4 the of the shares the other three rigs do.
If run three instances of claymore with 2 cards each, my shares increase to nearly 5500 over 30 minutes for each of the three instances of two rx470 each - just ~1200 hashes a piece.
Why would running more cards produce fewer shares than running the fewer cards in more instances of claymore? I've been running these for a few months now - have no idea why...
