good Point. but what I meant was Nem-certificates, which reflect as example the value of "Brent Cruide Oil".

No, not like bitcoin in 2009. Bitcoin had no exchange in 2009. Nem is already on exchange. Bitcoin was also something new with low number of  coins, and once user base got bigger,  the prices went up. Nem is competing against 500 different coins for attention. Not same at all.

Also, bitcoin has been in decline since early 2014 -- so general trend now is decline. It isn't 2009
