In the Java controllpanel you should delete all cached files and remove NCC and NIS (don't deactivate caching though). You should also delete all files in your "home" folder even the wallet (just remove the directories).
The it's prob best to restart the machine and try again afterwards.

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the
first distributed timestamping system.

OK... I pretty much have the same issues described by martismartis but I also noticed something... after nis and ncc are both up and running... nis crashes AFTER loading up http://localhost:8989/ncc/web/index.htmlEDIT SOLVED: The issue is being caused by the auto-downloading process that starts after you fire up ncc... I had Task Manager open and killed the javaw process soon as it appeared and everything is working fine!!! If only I hadn't deleted the Private Key for the address I provided in the Reset Thread... lol That auto-downloading process is the download and installation of NIS.

Official launch - raw estimate: November 2014. This is probably what stackholders think now. It is just this. People blieved to get their stakes in something like September, and now we have a "raw estimate November". And now we are talking about creating silver-coins and crowdfunding more money. WE HAVE NO COIN. Do this stuff in the right order. And for the silver and gold stuff. Please stop copying NXT, we don´t need this crap. So I would say: Just work all on one thing --> launching the coin as soon as possible, as best as possible, as simple as possible. After that create assets or something to get funds for the other projects. MORE THEN AGREE WITH YOU!

www.iotatoken.com https://twitter.com/iotatokenIota is a brand new and novel micro-transaction cryptotoken optimized for the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Unlike the complex and heavy blockchains of Bitcoin and the like, which were designed with other uses in mind, Iota is created to be as lightweight as possible, hence the name "Iota" with emphasis on the ‘IoT’ part.

Quick troubleshooting guide for - 0.1.2 - standalone, everything should be pretty easy there, you might want to delete /home/<username>/nem/nis, just to be sure
To setup booting up, edit config.properties, and set bootkey and name for the host. There is also harvest.sh script, where you can start harvesting using curl, similar thing can be done for windows.
- webstart,
- kill any running jawa/jawaws processes
- Go to java control panel, and hit "View..." (can be run with javaws -viewer)
- from "applications" remove both NCC and NIS
- to be sure check resources and clean them all (this will cause redownload of everything, which might take a bit, but should help with most of the problms)
- go to c:\users\<username>, and delete both NCC and NEM directories
P.S. there are few "backup accounts", if anyone would like to harvest, please catch me on IRC later today

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to net.minidev.json.JSONObject If you have trouble launching Ncc on Mac OS X with an error as the above, make sure to delete ncc.cfg in ~/ncc -- Running fine afterwards

How many blocks confirmations needed to start harvesting?
BUMP. I'm getting "The provided account does not satisfy the basic criteria for harvesting. Mainly it is related to the amount of NEMs within the account. Harvesting starts with at least 10.000 NEMs." error when want to start harvesting. 525K in account.

It would be nice to have more details about how "importance of account to the NEM cloud" is calculated
