Verner compares possible introduction of the guaranteed income to opening which made mankind when learned that Earth not flat, but round. According to Verner, with introduction of BAUD we unexpectedly will understand that not the material need forces us to work, and on the contrary, material security allows us to work really. Efficiency of work will grow as all will be engaged in that in it really to liking.

Our NEM is absolutely same model of socialism as well as Swiss. The socialist model doesn't give you at once and many values - it gives every month you the limited benefits. And the egalitarian model it more free, it gives you at once millions and you have to distribute these millions so that for you were enough then these values for all your life.
We will watch development and as these two models social and economic, and at NEM social and econemic equalities will prove to be.
So far we watch NEM in development at Switzerland. In NEM, with egalitarian model, we will see the similar. We only need to bring together as much as possible people and then to hold the world referendum that here we are, and that we declare that ourselves as about new society of people with the other ideology, other cultural and material values, other language, and so on. I suggest to start then development of NEM language. We need the other other language of nemster and we need to create another excellent from terrestrial time. A new watch which would estimate time is more right. It will be new reference NEM time on which we will live nemster and on which then there will live from NEM worldwide the societies of people formed others already which will be closely connected with NEM and they will have these modern reference times. As soon as NEM is started we will attract over time the best minds of the planet that they helped us to create it everything and that gradually open bank of knowledge gathered. It will be new knowledge of NEM language, of NEM to culture, and about modern reference times of nemster. Language has to be unique, not similar on one language from existing, too most and with reference NEM time. It will include a new calendar (other name to it will be) and new calendar. Each nemster, having plunged into ideology, over time will learn to generate in itself modern reference times and to live on another, on the new. And the modern language will show new not sample knowledge, we simply will go all beyond a framework of templates and we will see that of that other people on the planet Earth don't see. The person specially by means of the imposed knowledge at school, at university and in any higher education institution is stuffed with knowledge not necessary to it, thereby they hammer consciousness and then the person lives on templates and from them makes a start. And templates - they have the effect constraining development. Therefore we would also see of what new the person didn't dream - he always leans on templates. And so we, new race of nemster have to finish it. A modern language, new knowledge, everyone will be free and no templates before eyes will exist. It will open the new horizons of consciousness. Physics the side view, the top view and any other science, new projections will open to the person, the new formation of thinking, and is new knowledge, new opening. We are waited by new scientific professors among nemster. The consciousness not zashablonenny than itself will start seeing as if on the machine gun something new that don't see with zashablonenny consciousness others. From here and new fulfillments, new opening in all areas will go. Up to discovery of new energy instead of electricity habitual to all. It is about infinite new energy. All this waits for us nemster if we start living all on new but not on templates habitual to us imposed by external life, ruling clans, and tops. We, nemster, have to declare ourselves for the whole world as about new race of people with new other thinking, other formation of understanding of time, with other other our time in consciousness and in the heads of everyone.
