Its the 2-nd time now I -m trying to install the NEM client but google stops me from accesing harmfull programs that may be damaging my data or add extra messages to my internet experience.
So why is this happening and any chance you can get  google to remove that from official NEM website?

Its a false positive. Teams working on fixing it with GOOG. There are workarounds to get the files.
