The best thing to do is stick with a list of actions in different market conditions. e.g. you might say invest below 30c, and then if the price falls below that, just invest into it. Trying to time the markets based on personal financial situation is futile - it is only a worthy endeavor to manage risk, but hopefully you'd have already taken that into consideration.

Developers believe the project and work on that. the value simply fell a bit bit down and noobs at once panic.

The aim of NEM's society and programmers is to develop the NEM economy. this can be what everyone seems to be doing. await news or sell coins.

That's fair, and crypto should definitely be looked at in the broader context of wealth (the rest of your portfolio - stocks, bonds, cash) and life (stage of life, age, employment,etc.)

One good thing about NEM is that as a proof of stake coin, you can actually make some NEM from helping the network. It's not a great deal, but definitely helps, especially given the fixed supply from the beginning.

I'm holding these coins for a long time but still a long way to go to reach its all-time high price. I think that this team will make this coin more popular so I'm just holding these coins and didn't sell when the price was more than $1.

Poloniex got bought out by Circle and they're already touting their improved customer service. Perhaps try opening/updating your ticket again?

Do you mean you tried to withdraw NEM from Poloniex months ago but failed until now?
If that is the case, maybe I should sell it to bitcoin, withdraw btc to other exchange and buy NEM back?

Contact their support again. Mention that the ticket has been open for months and that it is unacceptable.

Last time it happened to me, the new ticket got solved within a day.

yes sometimes it´s just better to submit a new one. who knows what is happening to all the tickets owned up. But I really am curious how the improved costumer service will work out !

I think this coin can cost much more and its low price is now due mainly to the fact that in the cryptoword the situation as a whole is not very good
