I already claimed my nemstake, but i am planning to buy some more through the nxt Asset Exchange.
I'm not totally up to date, but is a nemstake on the Nxt AE still worth the same NEMcoins on launch (like 1 nemstake = 1 million nem) or is there a penalty for being late (with claiming)?
Cheers

Devs have earned enough money from AE. Nice. For them, nem will be far successful.

Why add nemstake to BTER now? There's less than 200 stakes outstanding, right?
Don't fuck this up, NEM team. Any shady shit with your participation is a death sentence.
I don't think they are adding NEMstake to BTER, at least I've heard nothing of that other than the random post above by someone who is not on the dev team. They got confused and were looking at the announcement about NEM (REAL NEM, not NEMstake) being listed on BTER at launch. This is indeed a confusion. NEMstake is not getting listed, it's just real NEM and it will be on launch.

The NEMstake was a good move as it already created a market and so NEM looks like it has been around for sometime.

Hello NEM thecryptonewsnetwork.com has just been launched and we are searching for writers about new and developing coins if anyone from NEM is interested to write for the site and give updates about NEM and market theory that would be great just send me a pm. Potentially we can get more awareness for NEM.

blah blah blah I am a douchebag and I need help. We're sorry about your ripple losses. I know the way these people are expressing themselves in a child like manner, but people do have a right to be disappointed as we have seen multiple delays. Just wish they would word their discontent a little better.

Nobody knows yet. Hopefully we will have multisig in beta before Christmas but there have been no promises.

0.1 NEMstake is minimum purchase? no 0.005 or 0.01 etc ?
for logistical reasons 0.1 was the smallest increment that nem could be traded down to. these stakes still need to be redeemed so until we hit an exchange 0.1 will be the minimum. this is a big reason im very bullish for launch.. lots of people have funds they want to put into nem but the minimum requirement means they might not be able to or have a nice amount left over. That is sound logic. All the dumpers had a means to dump but not all the buyers and traders had a means to trade. There are lots and lots of Chinese traders doing trades for under $10.

If you go by what was set in stone we have seen 0 delays. Every launch date we set was tentatively and that fact was made very clear. Peoples selective reading isn't our fault. People are dissapointed, they have a right to be, no doubt about it. Noone has the right to dissrespect the devs because of it though. No matter how pissed people are, they knew very well that everything in crypto is a risk and even the very first post, before any modification that UP made stated that no promises are made about anything. And please stop quoting that subhuman moron. Let him do his thing but don't give him any attention. Not worth it.

Said it before, i'll say it again;
I'm only interested in a solid platform. I don't want another bitcoin where there's so many patches and holes it makes people wary of investment. This is not what NEM needs.

very happy to see so many people showing their support like this however compered to the number of people in nem, those showing support are relatively few so i urge those who feel the same to speak up and give the devs the support they deserve. we all benefit if things are done properly first time around. im sure fixing bugs after launch becomes a much more challenging and time consuming task so 2 months extra spent developing pre launch could save 5 after launch. it may feel like delays but if anything it will speed up development a lot in the future. You make a great point and a message of reason, thanks kodtycoon, makes sense to me.

concerning bugfixing: has there been any proofreading (i.e. bug hunting) of the sourcecode? Pardon my ignorance, I haven't followed the progress in that respect so much
