After I deleted forked blockchain and everything except wallet.dat, synced perfectly. You could try this too.

resync 14427 stop  Huh  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

block 14428 has a problem,  as I noted earlier.

Code:
ERROR: AcceptBlock() : miner reward mismatch 213233 : 1279402
ERROR: ProcessBlock() : AcceptBlock FAILED

Now if the wallet was open source, people could actually debug and understand this issue instead of waiting
for a fix from OP.

looks like ive lost 500 coins :/

Code:
Status: 0/unconfirmed
Date: 10/10/2014 07:51
To: main 2QgdyUhQtVed332iXCCvjwWFziHzTPgwpZqMo4vs6xozrpUi1F5
Debit: -558.525159 CSD
Transaction fee: -0.04 CSD
Net amount: -558.565159 CSD
Transaction ID: 1f2c3b9caf9a75abe5734c392517aa2f0759f4b5b1cd5a5f76a1419bf9455c8b498892365dc3609d7486857f4938433ffa4affb23fe28a54591dfd9b1511e1f5

repaired the wallet and have resynced but when i try to send the 495 recovered i get:

error: transaction rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent ...

any ideas ??

edit:
nvm it appears it went through regardless of complaining! 1 confirm so far

strings /usr/bin/coinshield | grep developer

Code:
LoadBlockIndex() : developer reward mismatch %i %I64d : %I64d
AcceptBlock() : developer reward mismatch %I64d : %I64d
FORK::AcceptBlock() : developer reward mismatch %I64d : %I64d

hmm, how big is the developer reward actually? I didn't find this documented anywhere.

okay, at the bottom of the OP I find this formula

Block Reward [Developers]:1 * e^(-0.00000059 * nMinutes) + 0.032

got to think about what this actually means in terms of CSD per day.

diff if suspiciously low this morning (5.47 at height 15644) even some miners missed the wallet update or are on the wrong chain...
viz, is there a block explorer on your todo list? it would avoid being on the wrong chain without noticing it...

Read between the lines of why the wallet source has not been released:

(60min * 24hr * 0.508589CSD) ~ 730 CSD/day or 2 percent of miner's reward.
