how to configure GPU miner for one R7770 and one HD5800 ?  Undecided
0H/s

Best regards
Can't help you much, as I don't have those cards, but try to use the same setting you would use for another algo, or at least use that as a starting point.

After I get the source up I will be updating the miner now to be more "user friendly", so you can actually see the performance of each card.

Right now it works like sgminer, where you can set multiple settings for everything.

So assuming the 5800 is the first card and the 7770 is the second then something like this:

{
   "connections" :
   [
      {
         "url" : "127.0.0.1:9325",
         "user" : "x",
         "password" : "x"
      }
   ],

   "algorithm" : "sk1024_djm",
   "gpu-engine" : "775,800",
   "gpu-memclock" : "1000,1125",
   "gpu-shaders" : "1440,640",
   "gpu-threads" : "1,1",
   "gpu-vddc" : "1100,1100",
   "gpu-powertune" : "0",
   "intensity" : "18,18",
   "xintensity" : "0",
   "rawintensity" : "0",
   "thread-concurrency" : "5824,8000",
   "lookup-gap" : "2",
   "worksize" : "256,256",
   "temp-target" : "75",
   "temp-overheat" : "80",
   "temp-cutoff" : "95",
   "auto-engine" : "false",
   "auto-fan" : "false",
   "submit-stale" : "false"
}

I forgot to mention.... I fixed an issue where certain settings weren't working correctly. I have a binary for Win7 x64 if you would like it so all of the settings actually work.

It also requires no dll's just the exe

Ok here it is.

It removes the need for any extra dll's and actually accepts the values for the GPU settings from the config file.

Please let me know if you have any issues.

first GPU looks to have good config but second one set gpu clock @8000 like  "thread-concurrency" : "5824,8000"

realy strange and blue dead screen ^^

weird you might have to play around with the second cards settings. Do you know the exact models of your cards?

I had the same problems as you. CPU usage pinned at 100% for my 6 GPU rigs. They are 280x and 290 cards that I am using in them with Core i3 CPUs. I didn't bother disconnecting some GPUs to see if this was actually what was going on.

Yup. I have 2 R9 270's and 1 HD6950 in a rig and it's hashing away. In 2-3 days I've mined about 900 CSD.

The processor in that system is a Pentium G3220.

Try only setting the gpu-threads to 1 not 2 like is normal for a 280x

when i use the miner on 2 6970's the thread concurrency and gpu clocks settings are switched so anything i put for gpu clocks in the conf show up on the miner as thread concurrency settings but when it shows gpu clocks it will dd like 4 zeros to the number i set

If you're talking about the threadconcurrency message at the beginning then I believe that is a debug message added in by djm34. He grabbed the clock setting and threw it in there, probably for debugging purposes.

It's not actually the thread concurrency value.

When I submit the code to github this weekend that will be removed.

Again, If you're not using the new Win7 x64 binary I posted yesterday then the GPU settings won't actually work.
