Still no coins from Coin-Swap.
This whole shit has cost me way to much time.  I knew it would be this way as soon as you got voluntarily delisted, but did not have the time required to download wallets and deal with all that garbage.

So 2 whole weeks I sit with my 50k CSD in limbo.

None of the coin-swap support views this thread (at least I think they don't), Please contact them via IRC, #coin-swap. coinswap-Ian is who we are waiting on it appears.... stoner19 is super responsive if you want updates. You can also try tagging @GawCEO on twitter. I'm reaching out to them everyday trying to get a solid answer. So far it is that they are waiting on Ian.

EDIT: I just got word they are working on it today. Will keep you updated.

Also evtrmm, please check your PMs.

Stoner19 was in the CSD IRC yesterday, working on the coinswap wallet, he was asking for peers.  It looks like they are working on it.

Yes they are, I sent them new code today to get everything working, I'm glad to see them working on it now.

Been solo mining fine for days but had a power outage. Now when I tried to reconnect using the Nvidia miner I get an error message "failed to connect to mining LLP server..."

Any ideas? I am using Windows 7 64bit.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

On the first page in this thread it says "Maximum Supply: ~ 100 Million [3% Annual Inflation after 10 Years]"
So we're only at 11 mil. right ?
Or did I miss something ?!

Correct, it will take many years to reach maximum supply of course.  CSD is unique in that it generates a fairly constant supply of coins per day, regardless of mining power and difficulty.  It does this by varying the reward per block based on the time since the last block (I'm over simplifying the algorithm but essentially that's it).  This is about as fair a distribution method as I have seen in any coin.  It also means you can calculate how many are released per day, per channel.  I don't know the exact figures - I'm sure someone else will confirm - but I believe that it is a little over 30k coins per channel (CPU and GPU) per day.

Here's a quote from Viz:

This is an exact figure. It is broken down to ~25 CSD per minute per channel decaying at a rate of (50 * e ^ (-0.0000011  * nMinutes) + 1.0) / 2. This is why you notice there are some rewards that are small fractions, and others that are full subsidy's. This keeps the supply released on a time based curve, with no inflation, and no unpredictability in total supply.

The 100 million won't be fully released for 10 years.

Viz.
After 10 years the 3% inflation will keep the blockchain moving, and miners mining.

Coin supply will only reach 100% once POS activates, this will allow us to monitor the inflation rate in real time to ensure it remains at 2% annually. This means the supply will be at 102% by September 23rd, 2015. The miners do not have the power to increase supply past 100%, due to the reserve system. This number is gathered as a comparison of the compounded reward calculated from the decay equations, and the actual money supply released into the block chain. It is to show the accuracy of the time released supply, so we can monitor the global inflation.

Here is an older graph to show the supply curves over a 10 year span. These graphs are mathematically impossible to alter by block production rate in miners, ect. This is part of the function of the Reserve System.
