The user could not prove his identity when asked. We have to assume he sent in fake documents.

So you asked for documents, and when he reluctantly provides them -- you dismiss them as fake, because he didn't provide them immediately?


Can I ask what is the real problem here. You're upset he used your service for mixing purpose? And you feel that taking thousands of his money is justifiable punishment?



I'll be honest, if there's some police investigation going on about the funds or something of the sort -- I'll be a bit sympathetic to you holding the money. But just taking someone's coins because you feel like it is really shocking.

The user was asked to send in proof that his ID is authentic.  He couldn't fulfil our request stating that he has no camera ( or webcam or smartphone).    We won't pay out the money unless ordered by court, arbitrator or police.  This is the last  time we respond to this case. The user let the deadline we set pass and abused our support serveral times.
We follow AML laws and therefor cannot pay out funds to anonymous money launderers and criminals .

Ha, that's funny. Reputable casinos have exact opposite policy  Wink

But as you mentioned court order, I took a look at your site:

So I was planning on requesting the full company / personnel details to give betg a legal avenue to make his claim, but there are no such records of a company existing. I guess it's no surprise as there are no LLC's in Costa Rica. Just  S.A. and S.R.L.'s.

There appears to be no problem with their site, as it is working for every other legitimately incorporated company that I have tried.

I have monitor this gentleman’s post for a while...he is definitely a fraudster as anyone legit would of provided docs requested immediately..also his deposit and withdrawal pattern does not match a legitimate player..
And come on he does not have a camera to comply with Fairlay picture/video request that is truly laughable ...He is the only person I have ever heard that has had an issue with withdrawals...I can attest as many others too that fairlay process withdrawls instant for me I’ve done 100’s never a issue...Fairlay is A+

I use this as tech support and CS I ask please stop posting this stuff as it is just wasting space...

Hello again. I can send screens to RHavar but I can see that they won't accept anything now as I have sent it "too late" ... they have requested them again (after I finally decided to send them after 4 months denying) so saying that this is too late is another trick. They just want to take this money to the pocket for some reason! I accept the money to be sent back to the account which they come from - if You think that there's any problem with the account from which were they deposited then just sent them back to this account and finish this story - for your information they are 100% legit!
Thanks all for posting here, I cannot fight with them as there's probably virtual company but without any license so we can't do anything more than posting it on forums when we have complaints?

Well it's strange. Please try to do something differently. Request a password reset and choose a simple password for now.   We can only repeat, everything seems fine from here.

Of course I have contacted them xx - times, finally accepted to be verified with kyc procedure (sending my id+utility bill) iven if they have no license so don't have legal instruments to ask for them... and they still denied to pay because "I have sent documents too late". They don't reply to my e-mails.

There is strong evidence that the user  has committed identity theft, money laundering and document forging.   We will no longer comment on the case or change our position as the user has lied and abused our support too many times.

Stop telling those slanders! massive abuse (of what?? only "mixing" or "surebetting" can be involved but it's way along from massive abuse) ID thieft is lie (proofs?! can't see the reason for doing it if I decide to verify! ) if you think that there's any money laundering which is another lie just sentback money to the account from which it has been deposited, saying money laundering then taking these money to the pocket... how can You call it then? and yes You said I have failed to verify because I have replied too late (here on forum You can find your post).
Edit: so I just didn't make camera movie to send You which is abstraction... what if I'll do... what will be next excuse? I don't get it man! You have Your own point about laundering and You won't send the payout iven to the account which they come from and stealing these money from me is right?

Has the user placed bets or not?
It's not the responsibility of a casino to suspect people for their income. Police and authorities does that.
If he have deposited and placed bets to win some amounts, there is no way you should block the amount unless asked by authority.
People are turning to bitcoin for anonymity. You should rather operate a fiat casino.

Asking for ID and utility BILL? Whats the point really? You are working underground, no license at all. To demend id and utlility bill is just that you want to keep the money.

What might have happened is that they have been noticed by the authorities, so they decided to go full corporate, with casino practices and money management. But they are not boasting with ridiculous third world gambling license yet, that I can see.

The terms and conditions seem to confirm this:

If Fairlay LLC suspects any user to be involved in any of the outlined forbidden activities, it may suspend that user's account and withdrawals until the identity and residency of the user is established.


So basically, we have your money and can take it away if you give us pretext. Gambling industry standard.
