This is the so called insult that arteleis has claimed that I sent him via email. As you can see I did not insult him at all, I thanked him and then he turned it all around to paint a false picture on the forum. Wrong move.
"this is just not working out. I have 400, 000 I am selling out as soon as this client gets running. Silkcoin is just too buggy for my liking and in all honesty no-one will put up with this. you tried hard man and I appreciate your energy and work, but this thing sucks ass"

arteleis, where have I ever insulted you in email? what are you trying to paint here??? I thanked you in my emails you deceiver. I thanked you for your time and hard work, but said due to all the sticking sync problems this coin is doomed I believe. People will just not put up with that as it proves incompetency. Dont turn around and insult me and say I have been insulting you via email as that just proves you are not an honest man and gives me all the more reason to run from this glitchy, buggy train wreck of a coin. I have had no problems at all with any other coins, they are user firendly enough at least where the average Joe can download and use without having to be given an instruction manual on how to get it to sync up because of the old devs. The excuse of "because of the old devs" wont fly with smart money or any real investor. You guys are truly pissing in the wind if these issues are not rectified. I am sorry but this is the truth of it.

An insult to the comm and our efforts is an insult to me friend.

Again. Your animosity is misplaced. But this is fun. You're bumping the thread. Keep going. Sorry you can't figure out how to download and install a blockchain. And what's with the hush mail? Lol And yes. The current version is difficult for new users to sync from old devs failures and that's why we're here to help. Without this community and coin you're bashing. Your coins now would be worthless.

I retract my offer to buy. It seems perhaps you are a troll. 5 or so posts on bct. And a hush mail. And calling me dishonest. I'm not sure you're in the right forum.

Otherwise I'm glad you've now figured out how to backup a wallet. And know where your coins are located on your computer. I suggest you get your wallet going and dump the coins on the open market so we can buy them up at a fraction of the value that was about to be offered. I will still help you through the process to do so.

My last response to our new friend here.
"A lot of those are sticks - not getting stuck. You would just have to wait. You're almost at the end of the community takeover and all the code fixes. (Everything shows in the chain)
I'm not sure what's going on with the blockchain download for you.. If done correctly it will skip all the problem areas.
I'll be back by the computer later tonite. Or in the morning. If you want to give up. Okay. Else you've already learned how to properly back up your wallet. And I can walk you through with screen shots how to properly install a blockchain. This is something you will want to know if you're continuing in cryptos.
As far as having a shit coin and I've 'failed' I'm not going to get riled up over those comments.. If it wasn't for the community takeover and all the work we've done your coins would be 100% worthless. But I've also been in your shoes, with absolutely 0 help from developers or people that just laugh at you and call you a newbie. I'm not going to do that.
If you want me to buy them off you okay. But there won't be an escrow. I will have to recieve the dat and extract them to verify what's in there is. A bit of trust will be the only way.
I would advise you though to keep going and hold your coins. What's coming will cause you to kick yourself in the ass if you sell out now.
Let me know the game plan man."

Maybe for new users, someone could look at creating a multibit wallet for Silk? I believe it runs on Java: multibit.org
I've seen a couple other coins fork multibit for their own wallets.

Yep got a full multiwallet and exchange system on the line.. it came down to the communication systems anon vs non anon, private servers Vs decentralized.. still in the process of final decisions.. A lite client is definitely on the table.. and again I try and bite my tongue all the time talking too much about what is coming, as silk has been notoriously copied and used (which is okay it's open source) in many new coins. Again as opposed to saying we're going to do this! Or we're going to do that! We have successfully just come out and said. It's is done. Here you go. So yes lite client and mobile is Def in the process. It's the matter of making a uniform communication system between the different platforms in my opinion as secure as the user chooses.

Righteous fire dude. Just contact me and let's get your client going. Honestly I don't believe you're a troll. Got a few warning flags.. but think you're just a guy pissed the fuck off at cryptos and the lack of trust and Integrity that exists. I promise you that the hiccups in the chain sync are the least of your worries in this hyena pit of bullshit that you've been experiencing.
We are all here to move things forward and do the best we can with what we have. The chain sync for new users unfortunately is an extremely large task to fix the previous devs code, doesn't affect the integrity of the coin and can be resolved by the immediate and available help that has been offered.
You're more then welcome to join the silk chat and I'd love to have someone as passionate and even angry as you on our side.
I apologize for the slight graininess of my comments, just sometimes hard to bite the tongue when called a deceiver, a liar, failed efforts etc.. Lol welcome.to thread. Let's get your fuckin wallet working (-;
