I've been using Fairlay and think they should be upgraded from "C-" to "C". If the grades weren't step by step, they should be higher but don't want to set any precedents. Any disagreements with the updrade? It will take a few voices to squash the upgrade.

What is your criteria for ranks and why have you ranked BetBTC with a D

 BetBTC - It takes 3 months to have a "C-" rating or above. I'll definitely start playing with you now that you've been in business over 3 months. Is there anyone currently using BetBTC?

Maximum grade based upon time in business:

A - 2 years
B - 1 year
C - 3 months
D - 1 month
F - reserved for books that are scams, slow paying or stiffing players

BetOwi.com displays the sort of website sloppiness which drives me nuts.

I'd like to send them an email.
The onsite "Contact Us" link gives a popup window to email them.
But it's necessary to already have an account in order to contact them, or it won't send.

BetOwi - Has it occurred to you guys that someone may wish to email you WHO DOESN'T ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Is it too much to ask that you post a contact email address on your site???
If you would have taken care of this basic and obvious situation, I wouldn't have to waste further time posting this.

Stuff like this is mind boggling.

Two weeks later, still no response from BetOwi.com.

Does anyone have an email address for them?

Does anyone play there?

BetBTC - Your interface looks great. The negative is that you need more liquidity. Other exchanges offer more markets. Another thing is that there isn't much feedback at bitcointalk concerning BetBTC.

These posts you have quoted are all old thread posts. We addressed each and everyone and corrected the issues with our clients! We are sorry that you think our book is a "D" book, our other users would disagree with you and so will Peeps Place!

Is there anything else I can do for you, as I have asked many times in your support mails and in all your thread posts?

I don't know which specific issue you're referring to as I posted quite a few issues, but it doesn't matter.

All of those posts are within the last month.

All of those posts reflect my own experience from first joining the site to tonight.

I believe the issues discussed - lack of response from cs, software issues, etc. - in the posts I pasted from many different customers of BetVIP are typical of what customers find there, based on my experience as well.

You say it's been a good experience - many others find it is not a good experience.

I do think the spot for Nitrogensports and casinobitcoin is not in the right spot as nitrogen has been having some complain because they are slow in processing the withdrawal and I never see any issue with casinobitco sportsbook, none complain about their sportsbook from since last month in their thread

Everyone's opinion is taken in to consideration. We need your opinion and that of others posted so that players can make their own decisions on top books and not just solely look at a grade.

We just hit 10k bets and our website is much more active since we implemented the API.

How much do you weight other people opinion than your own? if this is taken into consideration , wouldnt that some sites could hire some shill to actually make some story about the site not responding to the support mail or witholding withdrawal just to make the other sites looks bad?
