100% Legit.

I contacted MIT and this was the reply.

Quote
After speaking with the site's owner, it looks like this is an altcoin project that was started this summer by a small group of MIT students.

I hope this helps.

Apologies to the MIT devs/students for making waves, but with the amount of scams going on lately, this was crucial.

where you got this?

I have done my research enough, without MIT stuff, faculty or student and donor no one can use mit.edu domain and other identity based ( which provided by only MIT auth). I have tried in many different ways almost last 2 days but I failed.

If anyone know, please let me get/buy an mit.edu domain with my true identity.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Here is a suggestion to the Developers.
Since we know you are real Devs, I would suggest doing another form of pre-sale for development.
12 BTC is not a significant amount for any development, and I dont want you guys to lose faith due to all the FUD that has been there on the thread.

I agree with this. Devs please run some form of pre-sale to run further development. I can see this going big, if a lot of developers in universities can join  in on this to create really good applications.
Syscoin raised 1500 BTC, and got nowhere.

I didnt mean that. I invested 0.4 BTC into this. But what I mean is that other coins which make much more BTC in their IPO's and still do no developments even after promising them. This has just earned 12 BTC , and I doubt we will see a lot of future developments with only that amount.
Personally I would like to invest more, but obviously for a return. So I suggest the devs to figure out something and do some fundraising.

Dude, these people are MIT, they run on Cheez-it, Red Bull and Doritos. No need for cash to make them work their magic.

FUD

They started out with a perfect coin... and now they are going to experiment and improve it.  They are students, all good things start this way.

This is MIT folks.... this coin will eventually be years ahead.

yes, its could long term project and this coin not gonna die after dump (if there by a reason for that), is could be 50k sat, yes i know i long way... 20x more its takes a time... but i think this coin could go in same line with VIACOIN, VERICOIN, CLOAKCOIN, DARKCOIN... in one word is MAJOR
