he doesn't need all the noise I was causing, i was making sure people knew they were being screwed (was allowed to go through with it for aobut 20 minutes until he woke up )

I have more that 1.5 months old tickets still open of missing payments and they still didnt give that money back but when THEY make a mistake in other direction seems to be very effective in the their work...

it is not fair, they should first fix the missing payments then fix the overpayments......
AND if those overpayments were in different days they should take the money in parts too not all at once...
AND I bought zens with that money, i should be able to give those zens back to pay the overpayment.

that's one of the things I told him in the thread I opened....they did not give clear records on what payout/fee belong to what hashlet, so people have no way to tell if they are telling the truth about overpayment, and they have no recourse other than opening a ticket and waiting months...
