Where did you purchase the parts for the metal frame? I've check home depot and they seem to only have "heavy duty" angled metal and it's pretty expensive as well.

I'm not sure where you are from, but around here you can buy sections of aluminum channel, square tube, and other stuff like that mesh sheet at ace hardware, Menards, or other hardware stores. Sometimes Micheal's hobby shops even carry some, next to the balsa wood.
Then again, I've never not seen the same materials in the hardware isle at home depot. Might be a regional thing. It all is pretty expensive, though. Sometimes you have metal suppliers close to you that sell in "by the foot" quantities, if you are lucky. That will be a lot cheaper if you can buy entire sections, probably up to 16-24ft long. There's online suppliers too, but shipping is expensive.

you could easily sell those man Im going to make second one soon and i will probably sell it on auction when its ready. Not just case, but complete miner with 4x 280x inside. This one is going to be better finished than my first prototype. I will probably paint it black before assembling. I will also add high quality pictures when its ready.

Yes i am. Inside the case is Lepa G1000. Cards are running 1075mv, 1030/1500. The rest of machine is Gigabyte F2A88x-d3h and AMD A-4000 apu. Total power consumtion of the system is 1045W under load. G1000 is superb PSU. Its absolutely stable under this heavy load. My second miner will use EVGA G2 1300W. So it will have more headroom. Thanks for your opinions guys!

I got a couple of evga 1000w power supplies over here ... as well as one ax-1200 by corsair. If i could do 4 on the evga's each... i would be very happy!

Unfortunately not my rig: But is that cool-looking or what? Looks like inside some gothic church or something with those cooling pipes. Got shot from this article: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-25/trip-through-bitcoin-mines

Kergekoin,
What are the outer dimensions of that case? What are the chances that it fits in a standard 19" rack? Another idea would be to add removable rack mounting "lips" on the front.
Nice work!
