Then we have even decentralize the the blockchain through a torrent too. Keep it alive, plz! Will update it occasionally also.
I would also like to thank our latest donor, Vintgar - Thanks a lot If 100 ppl gave the same sum, we'd be better suited for the challenges ahead. Team page has been updated; now we are starting to get a nice streak again Thanks for supporting BURST!

butstcoin, I mine solo, and today I faced an unpleasant thing in BURST wallet. After I had mined more than 100 blocks, there was “100+” instead of the exact amount of blocks in the wallet. It is very inconvenient for monitoring the statistics. Is it possible to fix it someways? It looks like it's a pretty simple UI change to fix this issue. I created a pull request which makes this change: https://github.com/BurstProject/burstcoin/pull/16In the meantime, you can just change "100" to "500" on line 244 and 353 of nrs.blocks.js, and reload the wallet. Thank you! But this fix does not work for me. Maybe need to correct other lines in nrs.blocks.js file? Strange... the fix I posted does seem to be working for me, with only those 2 lines of code changed. Maybe try clearing the cache on your browser after you've edited the code? I restarted my chrome browser, and everything is working now.

It's hard to believe that the OP and the main Burstcoin website still have a silly image with grammar mistakes. "with it's" is something that any literate 10 year old laughs about.

Started fixing it three times now, just can't seem to find the time to follow it through. I apologize for that, but it will be done.

From a recent post: [---] I just want to state there is a third way of donating: to actually contribute to the work we do. Do you know graphics? Do you make pictures? Do you write real well? Can you proof-read texts? Do you have ideas of how we can push BURST forward? Do you have contacts or know people who might want to work with BURST? Many of the things we have to do on a daily basis is time-consuming, and we could need help with those too. If you are able to contribute in such a way (or similar), please write an email to burst@countermail.com (rather then PMs as those often end up in a mess). [---] Thank you from the DevTeam of BURST Shut the f*ck up while we try to make you money or contribute.

Don't do it, my friend, and certainly do not apologize for not finding the time. I really think the non-contributing m3ta-boy should do it. How about I give you (from my own money) 250,000 BURST to proof-read the whole site with included documents and the new OP coming up.

In fact, if you think the longterm value of the coin is unchanged, lower difficulty should make you accellerate your investments in mining equipment. I finished a reorg. of my rigs and am plotting some more TBs to add to the boil. Target for now is to solomine just over 60TB.

Mining and holding. Will not sell in next year or two. Heading to 6 mil...
Please advice strategy to "cold storage" these coins, since I know that there is no real "cold storage" for burst.

A good method would be to just break the stash up into multiple addresses, each one created with a unique very complex random string, 64-100 characters. Put those passwords on a thumb-drive or two, print them out and put the paper someplace safe, etc, etc... Your going to hear complaints about copy/pasting but as long as your computer is clean I would rather copy/paste a very strong key, over risking my "type-able" key being cracked, or me miss-typing it. Using common-sense and copy/pasting will be fine. Maybe someone else has some more detailed info. Good-Luck

Great, thanks Can anyone make this pic "shorter"? Less space between the numbers in the right column? Should be doable even in Paint I give 10K to the one who present the best (or fastest) pic! [originalpic] EDIT: Ok, 15K up for grabs if you make the table in a size we can publish (and read If no one's claimed it yet, I'll help with that. Hope it's not too close together. Still seems to be legible, at least to me, heh: Address is BURST-BED9-BF2L-AUF8-EJR46 Might have been quicker to make a copy of the code and CSS from that page, edit the code to make them closer together, then take a new screenshot. But since I'm not sure where the image comes from, I did it the slow way.

The identical containers are placed on different psychical locations/hardware and not updated, as I have many unused passwords in the .txt files for future use. The container encryption password is, today, something I remember, but would I forget it there is two ways to retrieve it. It was... rather time consuming to create, and is far from fool-proof - as dear Dev can testify as he had to spend quite some time to "crack" an account with 400K on. That password was 133 char.
