Thanks 111magic and Spexx. I will try lowering the target but was unsure about throwing extra Kh/s at the pool and causing problems for the community (albeit my 2 computer don't output much).

I wouldn't worry about two average to high-end computers being an extra burden. It is the 1+ Mh/s bulldozers that are more of a bother.

How much time will it take until the block reward increases?

The bulldozers *cough* ceased operations *cough* about three and a half hours ago, so the block rewards should start coming back up over the next hour or so I would think.

Sadly yes.. I really can't understand what they are doing.. surely they see that there is no coin return for their power and all the do is destroy the rewards for the entire mining community. Either they're real numbskulls who just don't connect their actions to removing all reward from the system or they are doing it deliberately as a denial of service style attack...  Huh Huh Roll Eyes Huh Huh Huh

Can someone of the Magi Team talk to admin to limit his hashrate or block new registration? It should be possible to identify the miner who is using GPU or whatever. We should try to talk to them. Or delete the maxminer pool of all comments and sites.
By the way can someone put my pool on the first site below the pool subject and update the links to the secon PoM?

cheers

numbskulls

I knew I had missed one out Grin

I have resisted the temptation to sink into the vernacular ... for now.

Oh well. I suppose that it just makes XMG more rare and precious then. It rather makes me laugh, thinking about all the energy they are expending, confirming all the transactions for us and getting bugger-all return. More fool them.

I don't know the admin of Maxminers. How about the community writing to them? Don't just leave it to the team members folks.
