Explorer wallet now resynchronizing on the new branch, started from a partial blockchain download (around 400k blocks), and now around height 432k, though with 100% CPU usage...

Explorer is lagging behind the wallet but catching up slowly as wallet responds slowly.

Any idea what the height of the bittrex chain is? and/or some block hashes that could be used as checkpoints?

this is definitely when bittrex withdrawals were not disabled:

75505ed5dbf3f82ff95bbc4ac9986864218703bbf3fe70379f56c9458fea205d is in the chain seen by the explorer's wallet, and explorer now in the 431k range, so it won't be long.

However wallet CPU usage is still very high, and debug log is starting to fill with orphan block references, f.i.
Quote
received block 3193dd784a93bcca75c5
ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=c3647b418c172e654638
received block 50eab73fdeeeec5f6832
ProcessBlock: ORPHAN BLOCK, prev=468495611c5de4fb7981
So not entirely out of the woods just yet, I guess once the chain can be confirmed by exchanges, a checkpoint is in order asap.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/super/#!extraction show that stakers are low in the rich list, more stakers needed on that chain, but be wary of not triggering a new fork... difficulty is way down.

The First link takes us to the Block Explorer.
The Second link is an UPLOAD Link to Mega.
And just adding to the confusion... the Download link for Version 3.1 is still active on Page 1 of this thread.
Is there any risk of a link to download the Current version of the wallet?

Mintpal have suspended Deposits and Withdrawals of Supercoin.
Cryptsy are still trading normally. In the absence of a working current wallet it is impossible to say whether deposits/withdrawals are working correctly.

you need to compare block explorer blocks and your wallet block count https://chainz.cryptoid.info/super/#!extraction if both same you are on true fork if not then use above link 1.6.1 version untill we release trustless wallet.

STAKING ISSUES
This is probably not a good time to launch a new topic, but as wallet issues are under review it's probably as good as any.
My observations apply equally to Supercoin and Mammothcoin.

I purchase a block of coins (say 1000) from an exchange and transfer them to a wallet. For the first 24hrs they are 'immature' and yield no reward.
The coins are left to stake with No Further Deposits or Withrawals to that wallet
Day 1... after 24 hrs the wallet starts staking and mines One Block of approx 3 coins (0.3% of stake) staking the full 1000 coins.
Day 2... The Wallet mines Two blocks of approx 1.5 coins staking half of the total each time in Two sessions.
Day 3... The Wallet mines Four blocks of approx 0.75 coins staking a quarter of the total each time in four sessions.
Day 4... The wallet mines Eight Blocks of approx 0.375 coins staking an eighth of the total each time in eight sessions...

And so on. The amount staked in each session seems to be halving each day. So although the total amount of reward each day remains fairly constant, the number of blocks generated each day is increasing exponentially. Is there any limit to this, or will the reward continue fragmenting indefinitely?
