I have deleted peers.dat before.. can you give me a few nodes to put in a conf connect=xxx so that i can assure my wallet will connect to the proper ones? Is there a way I can figure out what node it is connecting to that is bad and block it as well.. might be good if you can help me figure out what it is and have a look into why my wallet prefers to only connect to it (on and off - what i mean is it connects and disconnects form this one peer a couple times a minute) and my staking goes wonky and tries to stake every second.. causing massive slowdown on my pc etc.. All i want is a proper working wallet.. and I am game at trying to help you help future problems from happening.

Ok I added those to a conf (with connect= so i should only connect to those nodes now) .. wiped out all but the conf and the wallet.dat.. i will let it do a total resynch.. hopefully this fixes the problem.. wish me luck.

That is due to a weakness in the abe software we use, it can't handle addresses with huge amounts of transactions, we are working on a php live block explorer, but its not high on the to do list currently. For now I've lowered the limit so you at least get a error message saying too many transactions. at least can you show the total amount , thats the basic reason i check just if im on the go , i use the explorer to check the amount and to make sure my bittrex transaction have gone through ok

Thanks for the update Don't suppose you remember the block you were stuck on? need to know this to put checkpoints in the new update.

Is there a way to disable staking with the wallet? Do I just put -staking=0 at the end when executing it?

I have two wallets running with no problems now. Not running nothing else but bitstar wallets on two separate machines. There were sync issues before devs fix but nothing since. Are you running several wallets on one machine?

Bittrex finally removed the de-listing warning message on the top of the trade page! Hopefully we see more action soon. Quiet is never good even for established coins. https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-BITS

Syncing problem - restarted the wallet several times now and still stuck at block 552726. Is this a server side issue or a local problem requiring me to do a full resync?

When was the last time you were connected to the network, we did a checkpoint fix a week or so ago, so if you connected after that you should be fine.

I last connected yesterday am.
Subject to your further advice, I'll delete the peers.dat file and then restart the wallet and if that doesn't work I guess I'll have to do a full resync.

Before that, please try leaving it a hour or 2, if its still stuck then can you please send your debug.log.

I did delete peers.dat and restarted but now once the wallet appears on screen, there's no connection.
I've zipped the debug log. Please confirm address to send it to - thanks
