I looked at this site when they first launched.  They don't offer any provably fair games, and their roulette has a bug that should make it +EV for the player.

If you bet on the column 3...36 that pays 2-1, it pays out on zero too:



I reported this bug to them back in November 2012 but it's still not fixed.

They were offering free chips at the time, so I tried betting that 3...36 line over and over.  Despite it apparently being around 3% in the player's favour, and despite using Kelly betting to manage my bankroll properly, I lost around 8 buyins betting just on that line.

That doesn't prove anything, but all this together makes me suspicious.

At this point in bitcoin gambling there is no excuse to not be provably fair imho.

MISLEADING	The site has misleading descriptions (ie payouts) to the players disadvantage. For example a site that advertises a 2x payout multiplier with 50% odds, where in fact the odds and or multiplier are actually lower.

- Newbie Tips -

• Paying transaction fees will speed up your deposits and help the network.
• Create address for each site for receiving winnings to help track payouts and earnings.
• Label deposits using the sites name, this helps find lost deposits in the event of a site error (with the help of the sites admin).
• If your balance is to low to cash out (on sites that have a minimum), deposit enough btc to the site to cash out.

INFORMATION

To make this list you need:

There seems to be 3 types of games:

Also, I am the only private individual (that is not a corporation or some other entity) that offers an afterlife payment guarantee. SatoshiDice could easily operate without a website.  All they need is the blockchain and somewhere to publish their addresses.  A forum thread could work for that.  I don't think a web presence really reduces risk at all.  Pirate had a website.  So did BitcoinMax.

If the operator decides to run off with people's bets, having a website isn't going to stop him.

Where's the fine print?  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=202063 doesn't mention anything about 20% being held back.  In fact it explicitly says this, which implies no more than 5% is held back:
