Also of note; even if we were to lose a lot of miners, the difficulty would quickly adjust downward to compensate. 1.1.0 took care of that already. Blocks will keep moving.

The wallet is real nice and all, but I think its the reduce of the rewards that is rising the price, the value may shoot up at any time, once they realize the rewards are only 32 coin per block. People are putting up buy wall to get those dumper that don't follow the forum and those that are selling may wish they haven't soon.

Great moves devs. And yes as the diff lowers, still a lot of happy miners. Whoever is holding will be paid by the rise. And probably Bittrex holding 20% wallet, just cold storage for some since no PoS. New wallet w new logo is awesome  |

why my wallet cannot sync.... 1 day passed still block 16301....
plz help..
Check to see if you have the current version of the wallet. If it is current wallet, try backing up wallet.dat and delete everything else. That should get you re-synced |

By seeing the reactions, that's exactly the reaction we wanted. We didn't want the multipools mining like crazy for dumping for btc as soon as they could. A whole community is behind this decision and this community is very very strong  This action will slow down the over floating of the marked and keep the coin rock steady and mineable for a long time. Just remember whats in the pipeline in the months to come.. When you say whole community, that implies 100% of community which is not correct. The correct phrasing would be that the decision was reached and made with community consensus and is supported by the community.Since you are the official PR person, it behooves you to choose & pick the words and phrases carefully. This is not meant to be bashing but as friendly advice. |

How long until halving hits? How long before the 97% rewards reduction to miners kicks in? thnx. We currently have 25btc+ price suppression in place.Some whale is keeping it UNDER 1600 by design. ~darylluke. |

How long until halving hits? How long before the 97% rewards reduction to miners kicks in? thnx. No halving, just the new block reward in about 700 more blocks which could be roughly 12 hours I guess |

Block reward reduction is at block 37000. Actual halving will continue on schedule.
I still don't understand why some are worried about the price "right now". Isn't it better to worry about the price "later"? Honest question; as I've said, I don't market.
