Reverting back to the old wallet... current block and hash:
litecoindark getblockhash 37223 e754611fab573201d575833943fe9b6d6fdeb8cc55306567d82681ebf119ccc0
If we can get consensus on this (a block explorer would sure be helpful), we can re-enable our wallets.
Thanks Richie
I'm currently in the process of downgrading the seed node and resyncing. Once I'm done, I'll post the hash. In the meantime -- Secondary block explorer: http://ltcd.blokki.info/(I missed all the fireworks!!) ....bump....

And the only way we can kill the bot is by lowering the block reward. We will sit down and do another calculation based on coin supply and roll out a lower block reward as soon as possible. This time I think all parties knows to keep an eye on LTCD, it does look like it when looking at the buy support. People wants as many coins as possible before we re-release... Next halving is tomorrow !
update. THANKS!! ....bump....

So if we upgraded yesterday and sync'd yesterday but haven't touched it at all today, do we just have to go back to using the old version and not have to redownload the entire blockchain again?
Remove the new blockchain and redownload the chain with the old wallet. 1. Go to your C:/users/username/app data/roaming profile/litecoindark/ 2. Backup your wallet.dat to a save folder 3. Delete the folder blocks and chainstate at C:/users/username/app data/roaming profile/litecoindark/ 4. Install the old wallet and wait till it is synced https://github.com/TrollByFire/litecoindark-staging/releases/download/v1.1.0-pre1/LitecoinDark-v1.1.0-pre1.zipUPDATE. ....bump.... Just doing community service to people that just read current page.Showing high points of todays important events. thnx. ~darylluke.

yeah it sad when on bittrex a sell price is placed a lot lower then the going rate lol to drive the price down its so obvious lol Helllo bittrex can you not see this lol and they say they want to help stop bots lmao right .
For the record, we never said we want to stop bots... bots are a natural progression of how trading works. A high percentage of trades on wallstreet happen in this manner: "It is estimated that as of 2009, HFT accounted for 60-73% of all US equity trading volume, with that number falling to approximately 50% in 2012." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-frequency_trading[edited better data] "Today, 90 to 95 percent of all quotes emanate from High Frequency machines…… This doesn’t imply share volumes just quotes traveling on the tape." http://www.forbes.com/sites/richardfinger/2013/09/30/high-frequency-trading-is-it-a-dark-force-against-ordinary-human-traders-and-investors/What we want to stop is bots placing min order sizes to hide the order books... Please do not confuse the two. The first is an artifact of trading. Bots will always be doing it to gain financial advantage. The second is there to just disrupt the orderbooks without actually filling. Thanks, richie@bittrex You have just admitted that your bots are manipulating the prices for your own profit without concern for crypto community. There should not be such bots like yours in the first place. The whole idea behind cryptocurrencies has been to avoid imitating traditional financial system of fiat monetary exchange and financial manipulations. Bots at Wall Street - just, because something has been used at Wall Street and is taken for granted without questioning, doesn't make it right. The whole idea of bots at Wall Street was designed to manipulate the prices and increase corporate and banking profits without any social and environmental concern. Wall Street, their bots and their socio/psychopathic investor/broker addicts have been the core reason of current financial crisis. Their psychopathic trade on derivates has build up debt amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars. To imitate Wall Street is to imitate psychopaths with brain damage. There was an interesting article about in Wall Street Journal (ironically) called: "Lessons From The Brain-Damaged Investor" http://online.wsj.com/articles/SB112190164023291519or how Max Keiser explains it here, in this short video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLDWpP4Dcsc

Its just sad though when a community and devs work so hard to get something done and promote the crypto then have some ones greed take over lol .Oh well keep up the great work team and community. It just shows how much people want this crypto gen 2.0

Maybe they do, maybe they don't. But head over to the marketplace and search for C.A.T. It's a bot anyone can buy and run to do just what we're seeing. I can guarantee you that there is more than one bot running on a lot of the markets out there designed to accomplish different things. Blaming bittrex (or any exchange for that matter) for what other people are doing is just ridiculous. Whether it's bots or some guy coming along and manually putting in large buy or sell walls, market manipulation is simply the way it is and that will never change given money is involved.

Dear Community,
I as main Dev I want announce a game changer in the cryptocurrency World. When I started this coin I was alone and Troll was willing to help me. You all know that Troll is superior at coding. Before Troll joined the team he was allready working on a 2nd generation cryptocurrency for months. Right now Troll is willing to implement his project into LitecoinDark.
This will change the whole cryptoworld and bring it to a another level. Exact infomormation I can’t provide yet but I can say it will come when the time is right for it. Also I can annouce that the LitecoinDark team is going to be expanded with a PR team. More information will follow soon….
Regards,
LitecoinDark Dev
Has there been an update to this, which I missed? thnx. ~darylluke.

The block reward will go down to 24 or lower, based on coin supply, when we re-release the wallet 1.2
