Well generally I won't join any overhype ICO like this, but James might be the new Marc Zuckerberg or Bill Gates, the coder who understands how cooperate works. In fact I have seen many brilliant coders, but a coder with such marketing skill is pretty rare. I've never seen a coder who spent so much time on marketing than coding either.
But everything is still in the speculative phase. I will take the standby mode.

SuperNET is the name of the asset, with a number, UNITY is the trading symbol
Trademark law segments the scope of the name so that the marks should not be confusing to the consumer

so if there is the same name for a car and a shampoo, this is acceptable name "conflict". Very few people, no matter how drunk will try to drive their shampoo and I am not sure how you will use a car to wash your head.

So, if there are some people that will confuse the SuperNET for a telephone, then we will have some confusion and I would suggest to vodafone that they abandon their pending application for their form of supernet, which to my knowledge has not been approved in any jurisdiction, let alone achieved some sort of global status like SuperNET has.

It seem very little chinese attending these ICO in bter.com(only 500K CNY), bter don't make people to ensure it not a scam, or we don't know how to ensure Jl777 will keep the fund operate transparent instead of his disappear with 10000BTC funds.

It is hard for me to disappear with the funds I do not control
I think it will make sense to keep the CNY inside bter and they can be the escrow for the CNY raised

The SuperTraders will be using bter for most of the trading and these funds are not able to be withdrawn
The rest of the funds will be held in escrows (Xapo, Coinbase, community member multisig)

I will get access to 1%, which is 100 BTC
I will put in 1000 BTC and lose access to it
so now I am 900 BTC of motivations to make sure the escrows are secure!

I have had 20 million NXT in the NXT AE based funds in the SuperNET account that has been there now for over two days. It is still there and I can tell you the only thing the 1600 BTC worth of NXT has made me feel is to find the escrow for it as soon as possible
Since I already am worth ~6000 BTC, the 1600 BTC is a big fraction, but it is not even more than I already have.

I have donated about 40% of my fortune, so I guess I would have had closer to 10000 BTC personally if I didnt give out so much to the 100+ people.

What this means is that the coins that are accepted will most likely get a pretty immediate boost in valuation. Nothing like what happened to BBR in most cases, but still the fact that the coin instantly is worth more when it has direct access to the Supernetwork and also gains revenue sharing, really does increase the value of the coin. This is a permanent and significant change to the outlook of the coin.

In order to bind together the core coins in the Supernetwork I would like to make an investment to purchase a meaningful percentage to HODL. No intentions to flip after the price increase, just long term buy and hodl and collecting the revenue share.

Hence the Supernetwor. It will use the funds raised to privately purchase coins prior to public announcement of their acceptance into the Supernetwork, also for some after market support and maybe even market making to provide liquidity.

So, a clarification about what this "after market support" is all that is required and as the anti-lawyer I declare that in the absence of any valid objection, that SuperNET will use some portions of its unallocated funds to provide liquidity at NAV of its crypto portfolio.

I expect that there will be some premium over NAV for SuperNET, so I dont expect to need much percentage of the total funds to provide the needed NAV bid. I will start with 1% of the fund allocated to this, but this is subject to change.

If there is 10000 BTC raised, this means there will be a NAV bid for 100 BTC worth of UNITY

Yes there is. James asked if we could make commitments regard backwards compatibility and common sense practices when releasing new versions. He appeared to be interested in using NEM AE instead of NXT AE as base.
What made it impossible to work on this with him was the timeline. Our AE isn't even designed yet and so we can't have it ready when James needs it. He would have been fine with a slight delay but our estimated timeline didn't satisfy his needs.
He did say that he will implement NEM Support next year.

The NXT core devs have solved my issues I had and so there is no plans to ever replace the NXT from the SuperNET core.
The NEM it is a project with very many features, a lot of them are overlapping the NXT, but I am confident that they will be having features that NXT does not have and SuperNET is about choice. So if the answer to the question "what does NEM have that users would want to use" is able to be answered, then just like any coin that has a positive answer to this question it will be considered for the inclusion into the SuperNET CORE.

Also remember that all coins, websites, etc. are able to use the SuperNET API as a client
There is also the easy integration into the NXT AE with uMGW support, with an active NXT group https://nxtforum.org/index.php?topic=4007.0 that is helping with this. So, I can tell all the coins that if you are already in the NXT Asset Exchange with an mgwCOIN asset, then this will move you to the top of the list for consideration! It will also give you one of the top exchanges by volumes for your COIN. The coinmarketcap lists it at #15 of all exchanges by volume, but this is not counting most of the asset volumes. A quick estimate is showing 20 million NXT per week of volumes, or some millions of USD per month!

This makes the NXT AE closer to the top 10 exchange by volume. So, this uMGW support is probably a good idea in any case. There are also some other steps that are possible, but I suggest this for the first step. It will demonstrate a willingness for adding value to your coin and not just trying to get a SuperNET effect for your coin.
