Great point.  Then again, if the order is set for the max of 0.0101 and the price goes beyond that, wouldn't the order just sit unfulfilled until the prices dropped back down?

By the way... is that a hint that some SHA-256 alt coin is launching this weekend?

well I have 7 of 10 btc needed  and not that I want to wait weeks or start to soon but

A) I need to wait for 3 btc
B) since it is solo mining say 250th west 750 th east stoppages are no cost. Eventually price will drop down again.
C) we are 4 days from the diff adj  I rather start after the adj then before it.
D) We were almost never frozen due to price last time we did it.

So for timing most likely I am waiting for the new diff. to happen rather then starting today or tomorrow.

 The adjustment will come on the 17th. it looks to be 1or 2%.

your pool prices tend to heat up right before adjustment and of course when there is a hot alt coin.
I think I am too close to the next adjustment to start this and of course we need 3 more coins form the 10 that are in this time.

Yes but this miner has maintained 25TH for over a week (not sure how long).

Got home from work last night and saw I had a 33G bestshare. Got home and saw it reset, so what the hell normally I'd check the the thread. But for shits and giggles I ran my client and low and  behold 25 immature coins! Thanks CK for everything over the years, answering my early questions and all the work you and Kano do. Tips inbound as soon as it matures and for the curious it was my equipment no rentals. Good luck to all!

The bestshare shown by my miner is totally different than when I view it through the weblink of the pool.

Is that normal?

It is possible your miner shows a larger best share because solo.ckpool resets the best share anytime a block is found on the entire pool.   So if your miner found the best share before the last reset, your miner would have a higher value.
