If I buy a contract for 1 Btc, does the payout each day go into my hashnest account, and is that separate than my Antpool wallet?  I ask because I am doing something with my Antpool account and don't want to mess up the payouts with another 1 TH/s added to my antpool earnings.  If it does go to antpool I will just create another account and do it there.

Thanks (hope that wasn't too confusing)

Hi DebitMe,

Payout will be paid to your wallet on Hashnest.com, i think it is different if you do not set this hashnest's address as the withdraw address on Antpool.

Why has block 346461 been skipped on payouts for PACMiC?  I was paid for it for my miner that is on antpool, why is it not being paid out on the contracts?

In fact, it seems to have happened a few times, on blocks that are really short.  Another one is 346491 that doesn't have a payout on the contracts.

Sorry a bit new to cloudmining and I'm confused on one thing, how does the "Trading/Buying/Selling" Hashpower work? Like I see how some people purchase 1/GH for .00137 BTC, isn't better to just purchase a S5 miner for cloud mining then? In all sense, I just want to know how does this thing work and how will it benefit you?
when u purchase a miner  ur buying one whole machine  ghs 1155 . it will be time released to u in 72 hours . 3 days is a long time in btc world its ur call ,it might be a good deal might not be u dont know until the 72 hrs is up.once it is release it will appear in ur act and u can sell it on the trading floor.  the trading floor is instant  buying and selling of ur hash.

see thats always the issue waiting for the 3 days some people might says its no big deal but like you said in bitcoin world can be a long time to wait for 3 days

I was also wondering for hashnest atm, what GH is worth purchasing? The S4 or S5?

for the moment I would say S4,  but it can change with BTC price and difficulty. see http://nextdifficulty.com/

If you look you will notice s2 and s3 went up  in price as well as s4. The reason is that if the btc price stays at this they are a better value than the s5 since the maintenance fees went down a lot. Right now I would say buy the s3 or s4. At this price range they will stay profitable for a while and are not as overpriced as s5 which Is dropping everyday in price

i dont know about the s3 i might get s4 still but the s3 i just cant see it feels like wind blows wrong and its done lol

In fact, it seems to have happened a few times, on blocks that are really short.  Another one is 346491 that doesn't have a payout on the contracts.

For my contract I was paid for block

346490
346512

Was not paid for blocks

346491
346496

I hope they get this fixed fast or offer us a refund.  Going to be a long wait to get paid back if they have these problems.

Sounds like a ponzi...
Sounds like it is supposed to be a stable contract but what I think what people are missing is : " When the principal is
paid back, the mining rigs will belong to BITMAIN." So you're not buying shares like in a real miner like the others, there is no getting a rig is this all goes south.

well this cant be true cause what about people who buy the miners and have them there cloud mining i am sure if you wanted them sent to you they would send them.... i hope

If you go into the contract and view the stats of each one, does it not always show each block?  It definitely does not show either block under the breakout where it shows all the other blocks.

Hi DebitMe, chunkyjunkie,

Just double checked, all these blocks listed here are paid.

Here is a post from my pacmic details screen

Block Height   Time(UTC)   Duration(sec)   Payout   Paid back   Unpaid   Profit
346512   2015-03-07 04:52:21    10594   0.0012624   0.00104002   2.99773528   0.00022238
346490   2015-03-07 01:05:20    1581   0.0012579   0.0012247   2.9987753   0.0000332

as you can see it is only showing 2 blocks and the missing blocks not paid in the middle.

Is the details page screen wrong?

I am seeing the same thing you are on the details tab.... only 2 blocks and none of the missing blocks.

Also you can see from this

Block Height   Time(UTC)   Duration(sec)   Payout   Paid back   Unpaid   Profit
346512   2015-03-07 04:52:21    10594   0.0012624   0.00104002   2.99773528   0.00022238

the Duration column is wrong.   It is showing the duration from block 34690 to block 346512.

Anyways, I need to sleep.

Thanks for looking at this Janet.

Hope it is fixed in the morning.

Good night.

Perhaps I haven't read the right thread, but....is there anyone commenting about their actual experience having bought cloud mining from Hashnest and how it worked for them including profit? Anyone made any money with them?

If you do some digging you can see a  good percent of cloud mining services were scams form the beginning or were so insanely overpriced.

CEX.io for example was always 10x any reasonable price for ghs yet people not understanding kept buying.

Others went to cloud mining services that never proved their hashing but offered amazing deals that later turned out to be ponzi schemes.

There are very few surviving bitcoin cloud services but remember Hashnest is owned now by bitmaintech.

It is one of the only reasons I use hashnest as you can verify they are mining and also they make the equipment.

Bitmaintech was an probably the best company out there for giving customers a chance to roi on equipment months ago.  They have got a little more greedy but are again showing signs that they truly are trying to offer their customers the best deals and chance to ROI in my opinion ( hope it continues getting back to how it was ).

In short in my opinion Hashnest is one of the best value true non scams ( as much as you can be certain in todays wild west of bitcoin ) out today.

You never know what will happen or what company will fall apart next but Bitmaintech/hashnest is the one i feel most confident about.  Next would be probably Cryptsy/mintsy ( new and have not used them yet but they have cryptsy's name behind them it looks )  also cryptsy/Mintsy charge more then Hashnest it looks at the moment.  Lastly would be Spoondilies/genesis mnining... Spoondoolies and genesis mining from what I know have not had much bad press ( but again I have not bought their new offers and are more expensive then bitmain/hashnest )  I have an old contract I tested on genesis mining I bought .10 th that is still paying to date ( but will never see roi because was bought at the wrong time.

Lastly, in my opinion I believe with the competition out today, slowing network difficulty, and more stock offerings vs 6 month preorders that never arrive and the slowing tech leaps in asic designs it is becoming one of the best times to start mining.  The only thing I would be careful of is there is one more tech leap inc before I think that variable slows down.   The bitfury chips etc....  Although I highly suspect hashnest is starting to take advantage of that in their newer offerings.
