I understand not paying the bounty, that is the right thing.

But if Hashnest needs to spend a little money to get the right security, then they better get it.

This is unacceptable not being able to access our money.

you are right they should spent the amount of the bounty for security .

Stange things is some other company are using cloudflare and they got ride of this DDOS problem.
So where is the difference .

BITMAIN, if you have some technical problem , maybe yo should ask the community ? I'm maybe naive , but I think than in order to protect their investement some users would help you .

Maybe they bought a small cloudflare package trying to save money?

Chmick you can't login either can you?

Edit-  To be clear I am complaining because I am not happy about not being able to access funds.

However, I am not pressuring bitmain one bit to pay the bounty, I agree with bitmain on not paying even if it means being down for days.

At some point though bitmain will need to spend money on security as other companies have eventually been able to stop attacks with the right cloudflare or combination of preventative measures.

Ok just saw a page I never saw before.

On trying to login it gave me a captcha and asked for me to write a message to the web owner.

I wrote thanks, do what you need to do to let us get access to our accounts  and entered the correct captcha.

Thought it would let me in after that but just went back to the 502 error page.

Hoping maybe they are going to allow certain ip's one by one maybe after verifying each?

Whatever they need to do, but lets get this moving.

Has anyone else noticed that the values on the charts are really significantly off?
For instance, my account has 3.55TH of hashpower in S4s. Since yesterday morning the account has brought in ~.015BTC. However on the chart it says my earnings per TH are .012... if that was the case, I should have >.036 BTC in my wallet right now.

From the chart for yesterday:
Payout - .06541380
Maintenance - .02105447

So I should see ~0.04435933 in my acount.

So, any idea what gives?

I just want to mention, Cloudflare is ineffective if the hackers know the IPs of hashnest's name servers. They need to get completely new hosting and then immediately get cloudflare right after that.

Hi all
 I need a clear something :

in the hash page , on the stats tab , below the graphics you have :

HashPower(GHS)  Costs(BTC)   Payout Total(BTC)  Maintenance(BTC)

1 how is cost calculated ?? can you have a negative number ?

2 payout total is since the account is open  or since the amount of hash you have is different from zero ??

You can login currently? I am still unable to, I get a webpage down.

Yes, did you go to hashnest.com or bitmaintech.com and then try and click on the login upper right?

Maybe if you are using a default browser address that pops up it might not work?

Also try a different browser and clear your cache maybe?

Not sure if it will work, but yes I can get in but before it lets you in now you need to do a capctha code and write some text.  ( maybe they are allowing all customer ips in that do that manually? )

Not sure but I will take being able to get in finally.

EDIT - as of 2:05 EST site is completely down as in maintenance, not a ddos from what I can see.

Also, I have not had any missing block payments the last day or so.

I will be so happy if they keep fixing and improving even if we have some problems along the way.

Also to keep communicating with us, don't go silent and stop responding to the forums.

That is not correct. After setting up Cloudflare you simply set the existing servers to automatically reject every connection attempt except those going through cloudflare...

Looks like PACMIC stopped paying out as of block 347459.

Could someone at hashnest please look at it and fix it, I would like to use those block rewards to buy more hashing on hashnest or cash out into usd at coinbase.

Anyone else have PACMIC block rewards after block 347459 ?

Then why is the site still down? If it was that simple should we not have full access back by now? I don't know all the details of how cloudflare works and I know it's complex, but I've seen another website before get hacked and they couldn't prevent the DDos attacks (even with cloudflare) until they acquired new hosting.

I am just going to put this here as a place holder

On Friday March 13 at 7 EST btc price is currently 287.00

I am not sure about others but I stopped getting block payouts a few hours ago for PACMIC.  I am unsure if other ghs stopped paying out also for umisoo and the ant2,3,4,5.

Hope they get the payouts going soon as I have been wanting to sell my btc from my pacmic contracts for a few hours now just watching btc prices drop.
