I'm guessing the weekly update on the delay is now officially on Fridays. I wonder what problems they have scheduled for Next Week®?

At least the date on the chip is from mid-April of this year (if that pic isn't 'shopped). I was concerned they might have been mining with them since last year.

So I'm suppose to believe that peta-hashes of ASICs have been sitting around not hashing for two months?

Could it be we're currently waiting on more hash-boards because the originals were all made into X2s that have been hashing since May?

This is just too much money to fuck up like this!

That screenshot of cgminer at 1.111Th/s was 5x hash boards from the X2 farm wired into a raspberry pi wasn't it?

Hey Bobsag3,

I'm order 133x.  Will my order ship out on Monday, and am I able to change the shipping address?  Also, will the power cords be included?

I'm guessing this will only be the original order with no compensation units.

Let me know,

Chuck

I assume your order is one of the ones ending in "A" ? If so your order would go out with the rest on Monday, and if you need to change the shipping address submit a ticket with your order number to support@minersource.net and we will get it taken care of.

Are the units still projected to go out on Monday?

Based on the recent update, it doesn't look good to get tracking by Monday, is there an updated time now Bobsag?

They should just have sold one half of the x3 at 1Th and called that the x2 Smiley just simple logic.

I bolded the portion of that for you on why BA didn't do it.

It's looking like we're going to be strung along for another month or two before we get any closure to this long con.

I suspect closure will come in the form of bankruptcy (we get nothing) or shipment of a unit that's goes straight into the dumpster.

Edit:

I hate junk mail.

Will BA be offering to compensate customers for any waste disposal fees they'll need to pay after receiving their obsolete product?

Do the heat sinks contain any CFCs?

Ill happily dispose of any units people don't want :-)

This may be a joke but it's also true.

Same here, I got so many email conversations about the refund yet nothing so far. Just send back the $'s I'm done with this whole bitcoin game.
Mining is only for people who are already rich. Thinking about going all PoS which is the future, peercoin, mintcoin, blackcoin.

I think they're not planning on refunding anything.

there is no justifiable reason why they haven't done so already, their utterly lame and obviously false excuses aside.  it seems more likely to me that they will simply ship these now useless pieces of shit when they have them and refuse the refunds.  I may be wrong although I highly doubt it.

at this point the only way to get a refund is hiring an attorney I think.  I've asked for the umpteenth time for an update on this and am giving it till Monday and will then hire an attorney in Shenzhen to get my money out of these people.  sucks and is a waste of money, but there is no alternative at this point other than trusting them, which seems to me to be outright stupid.

Since we haven't heard otherwise, the full batch 1 shipment is due to arrive at minersource on Monday.

Bobsag3 so seeing as I didn't get tracking info when will the next batch arrive to you.

I received a reply to this from Bobsag, and was told that units would be sent out Friday/Monday (more than likely Monday is my guess).
It will be Monday most likely, and shipment will contain at least all of Batch 1.

But, for some strange reason, I don't think this is the case. We'll see come Monday.

Debitme: Get the refund request email ready to go!

Bobsag3, I am doing everything I can to not have to request a refund, and perhaps things will ship Monday, but if you think it won't be Monday you need to let us know, otherwise end of day Monday, I have to send my request.

What is the surprise they were talking of?

More delays?

SURPRISE!!! Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Paraphrasing from their last update, "we don't think you should wait any longer to know the surprise, but it is not the optimal time to reveal it...drr"

I bet BFL will deliver the Monarch before BA delivers a single X3.

a choice between 2 evils.

More like a race between two lame horses. At least it's a fair race.

You could have gone HashFast and had your horse die before it even left the gates.

The farce is strong with BFL's "Imperial Class" Monarch...
