I tried to withdraw some doge coin on fortunejack yesterday. It did not go through but showing complete in fortune jack transaction list. I have emailed customer service and used the web form to get help several times and no one has responded to me.
Whats up with that? The site says 24/7 customer service on it. That's a complete lie.
Aha, their customer support sucks indeed, I emailed them before and I got response for 2 day, 24/7 looks like a lie and exaggeration of marketing, but actually I don't find something they really are worth playing here, I wanna save my money and keep away from here.   I reminded they modify the tricky bonus terms and video poker house edge stats, besides they have 100% wrong wager amount of 14 Million, but they never listen to us. This is a casino never hears people's voice, really bad experience here. Don't follow up on that post please. Just because we did not change the bonus terms or the video poker winning amount for "Kings or Better" means we do not listen to our customers or that support system is bad? All those three things you mentioned here have nothing to do with the customer support system. I replied in the past that bonus terms and "Kings or Better" were working as intended. We increased the winning on "Three of a Kind" and "Two Pair" but decreased on few others. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Is this the same username you have on FortuneJack? Nor with this username, nor with the email you sent us ticket with, we see the withdraw you made. We apologize for the delay. Our support team sent you an email asking for Transaction ID and as a compensation for the delay, we will give you a slight bonus. But we first need to check the transaction to make sure you made everything(for example correct wallet address and etc.) right. And we did not receive the first email you sent us, only the second one, in which you were telling us that we did not respond in time. |

We found your transaction. You indicated a wrong wallet address which was the reason transaction did not take place. We will refund you your money. |

As far as i know speed is same either you bet low or high amount. i experience lag sometimes because of my slow internet. |

Why don't give the people what they want?! If I want to bet 1 satoshi why not? If you want to bet 10 satoshi or more bet that. I hate any kind of restrictions for what I can do. Am I right or am I wrong?
